Refresh the page to get it back. The judge has asked for the attorneys for the plaintiffs in his chambers.

Erikson’s problem is the rest of talk radio (with exception of Rush, he hasn’t focused on it, but didn’t laugh and scoff either) they are redfaced because they assumed we were all kooks and now that something is getting traction they are embarrassed at saying all of that.
Yes Glenn Beck, I am talking to you.

The judge has asked for the attorneys for the plaintiffs in his chambers. And for the defendant, too.
But, I didn't see if anyone got up from the defendant's side.

"Yes Glenn Beck, I am talking to you."Don't forget that so-called Constitutional scholar, Mark Levin. What a fraud.

And for the defendant, too. I thought so too but wasn't totally sure. I know of 3 attorneys for the plaintiffs. There could be 4 or more.
To: Godebert
Oh yeah, he barks on all day about the constitution, but HE gets to choose to ignore one part of it.

was the audio this bad when the Judge was speaking. I hope it is better when the players come back in...
I am afraid some resolution is being hammered out behind closed doors

something is getting traction
If this really appears to be serious, the Federal court will step in and put a stop to it.
The FED will not allow this to proceed very far. It would create too much of a Constitutional crisis. It is too late -- the guy has been in office nearly a full term. Too many governmental entities would be impacted for previous non-actions: courts, Congress, Federal Election Commission, etc.
