A former staffer for Bay State Sen. John F. Kerry has been charged with leaking the names of CIA operatives, including one who was involved in the interrogation of terror suspects held at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, according to the U.S. Department of Justice and Kerry’s office.

funny thing about that.. Val was not covert, she was not outed by anyone and nobody was convicted of revealing her name. Her failed ambassador drunken lout of a husband used to tell anyone unlucky enough to stand near him at the bar about his CIA wife.
Scooter was convicted of having s different recollection of a conversation than Tim Russert. A conversation about something that had nothing to do with the actual case, but an unrelated issue. Convicted by a jury that was led by Tim Russert’s neighbor who admitted to attending parties at his house, and members of Move-on and NOW. It was this that they wanted Cheney and Bush to resign and be frog marched out of the white house.
In this case, a member of JKs staff took classified information and gave it to the enemy of the country to help them evade prosecution.
John Kerry should be frog marched out of the senate and resign in disgrace.
