CBS Philly.com ^ | January 23, 2012

"TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie moved to diversify the state’s all-white Supreme Court on Monday by proposing two firsts: the nominations of an openly gay black man and a Korean-born law enforcer to fill two vacancies.

Christie announced the nominations at a Statehouse news conference attended by both nominees and their families. If confirmed, Bruce A. Harris would become New Jersey’s first openly gay justice, and Phillip H. Kwon would become its first Asian representative and the first person born outside the United States to be sworn in."

Big fat dumbass. Yaaay a gay black man!! Bunch of f’n racists! “Pick me, pick me, I’m a gay black man”! Unreal!

It’s rare that we celebrate a Republican win on FR, when no sooner are we bitterly dissapointed. Christie, Scott Brown, Bob McDonnell, who’s next?

So morally superior of him, yeah right. But then again our failing elite never fails to remind us white men of our eternal guilt for being white men and enough people still believe in the white guilt syndrome.

Before passing judgement on these appointments, I’d like to know about their political backgrounds and beliefs.

I frankly don’t care whether these people are horny white men or bulemic Asians, if they’re adherants to the Constitution and will judge fairly without legislating from the bench.

Instead, I’m reading immediate kneejerk responses to the media description of race, gender, sexual habits instead of judicial qualifications.

“What, no qualified muzzies available?”

He already did.

Christie to Nominate Muslim as Superior Court Judge

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/14/nyregion/14christie.html

Gov. Chris Christie said Thursday that one of his seven nominees for Superior Court judgeships would be a lawyer who represented many detainees swept up by the government in the post-9/11 dragnet.

The lawyer, Sohail Mohammed, worked in the aftermath of the attacks to try to foster trust between American Muslims and law enforcement, particularly federal officials. He is a board member of the American Muslim Union. Mr. Christie, a United States attorney, was a regular guest at that group’s annual Ramadan dinner and spoke highly of Mr. Mohammed’s work.

Mr. Mohammed was on former Gov. Jon S. Corzine’s short list of potential judicial appointees, but he was not nominated. He would serve on the court in Passaic County. His appointment requires confirmation by the State Senate.

Chris Christie slams fearmongering over Sharia law

“Sharia law has nothing to do with this at all. It’s crazy. It’s crazy,” Christie said at a press conference Wednesday. “The guy’s an American citizen who has been an admitted lawyer to practice in the state of New Jersey, swearing an oath to uphold the laws of New Jersey, the constitution of the state of New Jersey, and the Constitution of the United States of America . . . .This Sharia law business is crap. It’s just crazy. And I’m tired of dealing with the crazies.”

Can we ask them if they will discriminate against white men? If you hesitate to answer that then you have answered your own question.

Excerpts From Ronald Reagan's 1975 Speech To CPAC

I don ‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, "We must broaden the base of our party"--when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

It was a feeling that there was not a sufficient difference now between the parties that kept a majority of the voters away from the polls. When have we ever advocated a closed-door policy? Who has ever been barred from participating?

Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

Sickening. To think Christie can actually think some sodomite-—who glorifies his demeaning, vile behavior-—can be “Virtuous”. He has no logic. He does not believe in God-Given Rights. That there is a “right” to “sodomy” is a very sick, illogical way to think, Christie.

Christie is trying to force the idea that “sodomy” is “good” and “virtuous” behavior. It turns Judeo/Christian Ethics on its head. Upside down.

Can’t go against the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God-—Christie. There is a Right and Wrong-—God’s Rules—not Barney Frank’s sickening vile, lifestyle which demeans the body and God’s creation. Even animals don’t sodomize each other and their young. Sick, Christie-—SICK to put these ideas into the heads of our young boys——trying to normalize such dysfunction. Shame on you.

A glimpse of what life would be like under a Romney administration. The RINOs are every bit as liberal as Democrats on social issues. They all go to the same cocktail parties and they all mock the great unwashed in flyover country. They feign conservatism to get our support and then veer left as soon as they take office.
