This is a liberty taking bad law. It forces a person to have a medical procedure done. Where would you want to stop this? What is the next medical procedure a state forces you to have?

Oh please, don't you have some other NARAL "Champions of Choice" talking points to toss out at us?

It doesn't "force" a woman to do a damn thing, it DOES make the abortion procedure (which is entirely elective and voluntary) subject to including a sonogram so the woman can see exactly what is going on in the womb, and gets a clear picture of the life she's about to snuff out. Tell me how that could POSSIBLY be a "bad law"?

However many unborn children who were aborted from the point of the Texas injunction up to today when that injunction was overturned by the Fifth circuit, their blood is on the hands of that Texas judge.

Texas is not forcing anyone to have the “medical procedure” ABORTION, only to a medical procedure to enable some ABORTION PREVENTIONs. Why would anyone opposed to abortion object?

It is a diagnostic test, not a medical treatment. Would you also cavil about a blood-typing test before blood transfusions are given?

Yeah, it’s much better when the abortionist, his receptionist, and his nurse are lying to the woman/girl that it’s not really a baby, “it’s in the ‘fish stage’ of development”.
