Just days after praising his rival GOP presidential candidate, Newt Gingrich took aim at Rick Santorums congressional record and said he would be considered the junior partner in a match-up between the two Republican hopefuls.
If you think of us as partners, he would clearly in historical experience have been the junior partner, Gingrich said Thursday on the campaign trail. Hes not a bad person, I want to be clear about this, but I dont know that he has any track record of being able to organize a large-scale campaign.

Well, Well, Well.
Gingrich must think Santorum is a bigger threat than Romney.
Game on!

The headline is misleading.

Mid 90s version of Newt is right. Post bimbo eruption version of Newt, I’m not so sure. At least Santorum can control his schlong.

I want to be clear about this, but I dont know that he has any track record of being able to organize a large-scale campaign.Well, Obama didn't either, and he won. Maybe someone should tell Gingrich voters were trying to pick a conservative, not an administrator.

Santorum, a “Junior Partner” seems to be attracting a lot of attention from the “Senior Partner”. And Santorum hasn’t attacked the ‘Senior Partner”
The “Senior Partner” must not like the internal polls he’s seeing.
Go Rick!

Wow, these comments betray a lot of insecurity by Gingrich. “Junior partner.” How desperate.

Newt would be wise to let others unveil the thinly cloak resume of this guy. He is no more qualified to be president of the United States than the milk man. Of course, even the milk man is more qualified than Obama...

If Santorum was slippery enough to take a Penn Hill School District (PA.)money for home schooling while he and his family was living in Va. what would he do with access to large pots of money? Penn Hill sued and recovered the funds.

Eh? A bit misleading.
Seems really like a very complimentary, timid answer as to why Rick is good but Newt’s better.
Hardly a knock at Rick. Dumb headline.

Stupid move on Newt’s part.
Stick to the real enemy Newt!

Its misleading and old news. I saw the same story two days ago. Looks like the MSM is trying to wring blood from a turnip to keep the circular fire squad going.

Powerful stuff. Worth watching.
Whether you support Newt Gingrich or not, he certainly makes some accurate and excellent points.
Why is Newt so Angry?

The headline is misleading.
Agreed. That wasn't "fire"; he pointed out the truth, and quite gently.

Don't care.
Would rather have a former philanderer who can roll back the US government and get us restored on a Constitutional footing, than a meddling 'compassionate conservative' with impeccable fidelity who begets us 4 more years of business as usual.
Newt's asked for forgiveness of his personal transgressions and demonstrated that he's become a better man as he's embraced faith, and what not. All you're doing is displaying irrational, fixated stubbornness that belies a lack of intelligent character judgment and a brittle moral fortitude.

You’re right.
Others are trying to coax conservatives into piling onto Republican candidates.
And we fall for it. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
