Newt Gingrich routinely fields questions during his campaign stops and during the event showcasing Art Laffer's endorsement, a woman who had been sititing on stage behind him asked Gingrich for clarification about President Obama's country of birth.

"All I can report is the state of Hawaii has certified that he was born there," Gingrich continued.
Gesturing to his wife beside him, he said, "We both were with a taxi driver one day who showed us the hospital. There is every reason to believe he is a citizen of the United States. The fact that he's already a terrible president, we don't have to go beyond that and try to find something beyond that."

Considering that you are the third newest Freeper on this thread you don’t have a clue how many of us there are.
There was a reason that Newt said:
“There is every reason to believe he is a citizen of the United States.”
and not:
“There is every reason to believe he is a NATURAL BORN citizen of the United States.”
The reason is because Newt knows he isn’t one.

First, Newt said he'd never vote for Ron Paul and this gave Mittens the chance to respond, "Heck I'd vote for Ron Paul over the current White House occupant any day", thereby showing some guts and expending no capital while endearing himself (somewhat) to Ron Paul voters. Newt's correct answer should have been, "Ron Paul? Heck, I'd vote for Mickey Mouse over Barack Ubama". Instead, Newt made sure he won't get Paul votes in the general. Yikes. Fail.
And now Newt says, "There's every reason to believe Ubama was born in the United States". Newt's correct answer should have been, "I have no idea where Barack Ubama was born, so I guess all I can do is take his word for it when he claims he was born in the United States".
Newt needs to get a grip, and fast. These are routine "gotcha" questions. He should have good, stock answers by now.

A cogent post, and I’m inclined to agree with much of your surmising. However, when you say all his executive orders will be repealed and appointees forced to resign, would that include SCOTUS appointees, and due to being shown publicly to have been ineligible? In other words, will his fraudulently having held the office of President be exposed and everything he’s autopenned become null and void as a direct result of such, or are you saying that future executives will repeal his executive orders and somehow contrive ways to obtain the resignations of “Obama” appointees, but let the usurpation stand without repercussions? There is a vast difference in degrees of justice, you will observe.

Before speculating on Scalia’s reasons, I’d suggest asking what butterdezillion is talking about. Scalia did meet with Obama and Biden. It was in the news. The only justice absent from the first famous meeting was Alito.

You’re tactic, in part, is what got him elected. If you keep promoting it, you’re going to give him a second term and possibly a third term and a fourth term, since he’d no longer be president but a king.
My mother was the daughter of Irish immigrants. Never once in her life did she ever refer to Ireland as her home country. She was a natural born US Citizen to two American citizens. She was the most patriotic woman I have ever known. It was natural. Her parents were born in Ireland, but they were so damn proud to be Americans. She inherited this pride in America, just as Obama inherited his pride in Kenya.
He truly is a natural born Citizen of Kenya. We need to honor our president and help him embrace his heritage. We should be waving Kenyan flags and playing Kenyan songs to honor our president. We should be hanging Kenyan flags from bridges in all states that he campaigns in, to honor his natural birth right. His home country.

I figured they had indeed met - but didn’t want to get into specifics since I did not know for sure. Thanks for bringing some facts to the thread. It shows how falsehoods get captured by zealots and then becomes part of their very premise for their argument.

as I said, your tactic is what allowed him to gain a first term, and possibly a second. If he gets a second, he will get as many terms as he wants.

I want him gone. I want him, and as many co-horts as possible, to do hard time. I want the Constitution fixed.
The only we are going to make this happen is get control of the presidency and Congress. Going after his eligibility is a sure fire way to ensure that the Dems re-take control of Congress and Obama officially becomes king.
