Who cares if there is a Grand Old Potty majority if half of them vote with the Dems? Idiot.
We need a Conservative Party.

With RINOs like Lugar what good would a Republican majority have accomplished?
To: Qbert
Hey Lugar! It is not about Republican control! It is about doing the right thing and stop the excess excess spending and limiting government. Reduce government back to 15% of economy and pay off the debt.
Let the Tea Party with the true conservative Americans show you how to tame the government.

Power-hungry jerks like Lugar are willing to sacrifice the election to Obama just so they can get their Senate chairmanships back. Given that they just LOVED Castle, they would probably support the re-election of AlGore to the Senate if he had an (R) by his name.
Sickening.
Merry Christmas. We're screwed.

You...you ungrateful peasants!
How dare you throw your weight around at your betters.
That said, I wonder how many false flag Dem plants have run as Tea Partiers. I know the Dems have been trying this trick but it tends to be laughably obvious when they do.

This old socialist Lugar has done a huge disservice to this country’s future. Lugar has spent Trillions and Trillions of Dollars and racked up huge debts to foreign nations. We can’t pay our bills now. We can’t keep our military strong anymore thanks to Lugar. What a complete liberal failure Lugar has become.

Sen. Dick Lugar (Ind.) facing a primary contest from the right in his reelection bid said past Tea Party-backed challenges had killed off Republican efforts to take the Senate in the past and could undermine a GOP majority again in 2012. GOOD!
We need conservatism NOT Republicanism anyway!

We gave the republicans a senate majority and they squandered the chance to do anything substantial. They grew fat, arrogant, and complacent and were content to schmooze with the 'rats and divide up the loot. Lugar, you and your cronies had your chance and you blew it. Now step aside.

It’s getting just about to open warfare on these pukes.
2012....RINO season.
And if they force Romney upon us....How about a TEA Party candidate to challenge him?

Lugar is hardly a RINO. In fact, if you go back in time to where his latest memories and policy positions may be found he is quite consistent with Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and other Republican party stalwarts.
His problem here is he did not grow with tenure ~ he just kind of estivated.
The guy isn't even reliably Leftwingtard.
What he should do is take his billions of dollars and retire ~ well, that, and see a head doctor. He's nuts.

If you’re not “Tea Party”, there is something seriously wrong with your concept of freedom and limited government in the fashion our forefathers believed it should be.

If this fossil gets re-elected he will be 85 at the end of his term - just retire, already. Make room for someone who’s not on the verge of needing a drool cup, RINO.

Nationally if a Tea Party candidate loses and 200 other win, its a failure of the Tea Party. The Tea Party has to EVERY SINGLE TIME or the RINOS claim Tea Party type conservatives are unelectable. HYPOCRITE RINO’s need to keep there little mouths shut.
