Late yesterday, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa’s office sent me an email with a copy of a letter the Congressman had sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on December 15 — a letter to which the A.G. has yet to respond. In it, Issa informs Holder that the Committee would like him to appear for more testimony on January 24, 2012.
In other words, Fast and Furious isn’t going away any time soon.
Issa wrote:
The hearing will examine flaws in the management structure of the Justice Department as demonstrated in the genesis and implementation of ATF’s Operation Fast and Furious. Specifically, the hearing will focus on what senior Department officials could and should have done to put a stop to this reckless program, as well as the specific areas where failures in communication and management occurred.

I have another theory about this. I think Issa has a lot more than anyone knows but he’s waiting until it gets closer to the election to drop the hammer. Less time for Obama to react. Can we say “October Surprise”?

This ‘big bad hearing’ will be lost in obscurity, and the whole damned bunch will skate into obscurity while Joe Arpaio goes into the fire for covering the collective Southwestern U.S. a$$. Anyone caught voting for a Democrat candidate for anything should be deported. LayLowO CANNOT be re-elected, at any cost.
These type of information attacks rarely do much good. The ONLY thing that does good is an arrest or impeachment.
Holder: “They’re pickin’ on me ‘cause I’m black”
No reasonable person ever said it had anything to do with race. But Eric Holder has said the only reason anybody is attacking him or Obama is because they hate black men.
Here is something that was just leaked to the public domain that cinches up the noose quite a bit.

Several people are painted into corners from which there is no escape other than full disclosure for immunity.
Will CSPAN carry the hearings?
Issa needs to confine the questioning to only F&F concerns otherwise all the Dems on the committee will use their time to change the subject and praise Holder.
Even if they shined a searchlight up Holder’s ass, they will never find a brain, a conscience, or brotherly-love.
THey might find a copy of the Black Reparationist’s manual, the teaching of James Cone and Charles Ogltree, Das Kapital, and the selected quotes of Louis Farrakhan.
Issa is doing a “Death by a thousand cuts” on Holder, Brauer, and eventually Obama. He can stretch the hearings out for months, or even years, each time revealing more about the Fast & Furious fiasco, plus collateral operations and screw-ups.
This keeps the spotlight on Holder, DOJ, Obama, ICE, ATF, etc.
Any major expose’ at the time of the Democratic Convention would be a kick in the balls of Obama and the Demonrats.
Timing is everything.
We need many more with Issa’s determination and spirit!

They never expected that ATF agents would go to congress and rat them out. They figured that they could intimidate and control them like they are the FBI agents who have yet to come forward.

There is enough evidence on Holder yes. But if you have followed really close what has happened. Last week Issa asked him at what level does holder have to sign off on things. Did sending guns across the boarder to another country demand his signature?
He is pushing the international angel now and treaties being broken. He also went after personal e-mails in the last few weeks.
They are trying to get Obama wrapped up in all of this as well showing that he had knowledge and authorized this. THEN they will do something, hopefully with the support of a republican controlled senate and congress.
