It's not all that surprising that, in the wake of Rick Perry's much-maligned anti-gay ad the other day, the gay conservative group GOPRoud ended up at the center of the ensuing media storm, fielding requests from reporters left and right. Except it seems that the group's director and chairman (inadvertently, they claim) created a gay-bashing brouhaha of their own by letting slip the true sexual orientation of Tony Fabrizio, a top strategist on the governor's presidential campaign. In an e-mail to the rest of the board acquired by the Daily Caller GOProud leaders Chris Barron and Jimmy LaSavlia defended themselves, basically by claiming that Fabrizio's in-or-out status wasn't exactly a closely-held secret.

>> According to Paul in Romans, anyone who keeps on with any of them is not going to make it to the Kingdom of God. >>
Certainly true - but that’s not what we are talking about. This thread was not about salvation. And I add, God does not need nor require nor request your help on that issue anyway.
I hate to break it to you, but to beat Obama and have a prayer of saving the nation we’re going to need the votes of unsaved folks and folks we disagree with on a large number of issues. So I welcome the votes of those who are gay and who believe in most of what I do believe in.
I trust God can handle the issue of these people’s salvation issues. At least He knows where He can reach you if He for some reason requires your input.
But don’t wait up for that call.
Very interesting. GOProud won’t allow the Wayback Machine access to their previous website, apparently. I can only imagine it’s because they don’t want people to know what they were espousing a short while ago.

The Robot Exclusion Standard, also known as the Robots Exclusion Protocol or robots.txt protocol, is a convention to prevent cooperating web crawlers and other web robots from accessing all or part of a website which is otherwise publicly viewable. Robots are often used by search engines to categorize and archive web sites, or by webmasters to proofread source code. The standard is different from, but can be used in conjunction with, Sitemaps, a robot inclusion standard for websites.
So you’re unable to discern that anyone that has to proclaim their perverse sexuality to speak in the political arena is interested only in that perverse agenda?
Goproud isn’t promoting conservative candidates nor ideals; they’re using an audience to promote their perverse sexuality.
Onyx - C. Edmund Wright thinks I made up the GOProud agenda I posted above (comment 110). I remember we both copied and posted it a number of times sometime in the last year and a half or two. C. Edmund Wright accused me of lying, so I went to the GOProud site and it’s totally different now, no agenda list of demands as before.
So, I went to the Wayback Machine and look what GOProud has done, see my comment above! No access to their old versions. Interesting, hmm? Anyway, if you see this you can verify to C. Edmund Wright (who also thinks I’m homosexual myself apparently, he’s trotting out all the talking points) that those were indeed listing on the GOProud site, just as I posted above.
>> So youre unable to discern that anyone that has to proclaim their perverse sexuality to speak in the political arena is interested only in that perverse agenda? >>
No, that’s not what I am saying at all - and for someone who claims to be some kind of editor, your reading comprehension - perhaps intentionally -sucks. You are terrible at it.
So when you’ve lost an argument, you conjur up false reasons for a sarcastic reply?
I had a much higher opinion of you than that in times past.
A homosexual who is a real conservative would never create or join an organization that shouts out loud “I’m Gay and I’m Proud”! Do real conservatives shout out about their sexual practices, especially in the name and agenda of their supposedly conservative organizations? The very fact that there is a “special” so-called conservative organizations specially for same sex sodomy practitioners belies any claim to conservative principles.
My experience and avid reading on the subject have me in agreement with you, the four categories.
>> So when youve lost an argument, you conjur up false reasons for a sarcastic reply? >>
I don’t know. If I ever lose one, I’ll let you know. Meanwhile, what is obvious, is that any little childish reply that begins with “So, you....blab blah blah...” is almost always a straw argument and a false choice. And you’ve started your last two replies that way.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”
So-called gay conservatives are leftist moles.
>> Tony Fabrizio has done work for “gay rights” groups, which makes him a gay activist in my book. >>
If that is true - and I have no reason to doubt you - then I would agree. That was probably not a good hire.
I posted the original article. It shouldn't be that hard to find. I don't recall the title off hand, but it was during one of the CPAC conventions.
Thanks for the reply, Onyx - was the list of GOProud’s federal gov agendas in the article, though. Seems to me one needed to click on the link to find it. I tried to find the list on the GOProud site with the Wayback Machine but cannot do it - did you see above? I’ve never tried that before so maybe I did it wrong, but it looks to me as though GOProud may have disabled the Wayback. I hope someone more tech savvy than me tries it, maybe it’s able to be found that way.
I hope all is well with you and yours -
I posted the article and it waseither included within the article or I linked and then made sure to embed the link for these very reasons. Unfortunately, I’ve likely posted 200 hundred articles in the interim. You copied the post correctly.
Thanks for the details. Maybe if I can’t sleep tonight I’ll search through the articles you’ve posted! Was it 2009 or 2010, I kind of think its was 2010 but time flies when you’re having - a marxist coup!!!
You’ll come across 2010 articles first....lol.
The article was from an odd ball site, not GOPROUD.
Okay, maybe I’ll see if I can find it. I will let you know.
