Even if he wasn't officially "out", people knew he had worked with gay rights groups well before he was hired by Perry. It's disturbing. It's probably what has pissed the gays off so much, they were giving him money to help their campaigns and then he was taking money from Perry.

I give it three days before Perry asks him to leave. That's assuming he doesn't wise up and leave on his own accord.
