Jerry Sandusky has been taken out of his home in handcuffs by the Centre County District Attorney's office to face two new criminal charges of child sex abuse.
"Today's criminal charges were recommended by a statewide investigating grand jury, based on evidence and testimony that was received following the initial arrest of Sandusky on November 5th," Attorney General Kelly said in a statement.
Sandusky is scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday, December 13, for his preliminary he

Hopefully, they keep him in the slammer this time.
He’ll be home in time for SportsCenter.
Nobody like pedophiles or homosexual pedophiles.
ESPN will tape it, and then sit on it for 9 years claiming it isn’t their job to report stuff like this.
If EVER there was a company worthy of boycotting, it’s ESPN.
AND Blagojevich gets 14 years.......it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood..............

In this particular case I don’t mind but I absolutely hate the idea of handcuffing everyone who is arrested no matter what the risk.
Yeah, I know it is “for the cops protection” and that makes anything they do OK.
I remember an article by Jeff Cooper in which he said that it was illegal in ancient Rome, to place a citizen in shackles for any reason.
I wouldn’t go quite that far but they should never be used on people just because they happen to be near a criminal scene.
I think the younger policeman was afraid of a back door attack.
The DA did that for show. I’m sure he’s loving the fact that he’s been handed the Great White Defendant on a silver platter.
Sandusky’s a monster but I don’t hold the bottom feeders in much higher regard.
Sandusky's attorney, Joe Amendola, said he was "disappointed by the latest tactics" of the AG's office -- "by going to Jerry's house unannounced without so much as giving me a courtesy phone call as his attorney. I had to hear it from the media. We've always offered to turn him in if there were new charges."
My guess is that they didn't want to take a chance on the lawyer giving him the heads up so that Sandusky could skedaddle.
Good! However, the bail is still too low—$250,000.
I realized they are a bunch of pervs over at ESPN during this year’s Little League World Series. There was a very handsome 12 year old, a great player, and a fine kid. One ESPN reporter kept gushing over him—not his playing ability, but his fine 6-foot frame; his handsome face, etc. etc. I hope that boys’ parents keep the kid away from ESPN reporters.
The bail is outrageously low. And they made one of the conditions of his bail that he not step foot on the Penn State campus. What’s so sacred about that soil? And why did the judge lower the bail from $1million? The guy has 10 accusers. Compare other cases with ONE victim, and the difference in bail is unbelievable.
It would have been better if Blago had nailed Rahm and Obama which he threatened to do.
I guess if he wants to survive jail ....
Roman citizenship was a privilege not the valueless birthright it has become in this country.
I had a sick feeling that his wife knew all along and this seems to support my suspicion.
The accuser said that Sandusky forced the boy to perform oral sex and attempted on at least 16 occasions to anally penetrate him, sometimes successfully. “The victim testified that on at least one occasion he screamed for help, knowing that Sandusky’s wife was upstairs, but no one ever came to help him,” the grand jury report said.
(...that Sandusky didn't resist arrest).
;)
something doesn’t ring true. His bond was set at $250,000.
He apparently couldn’t raise the $25,000 to the bonding agent.
A man of his means should be able to scrape up that cash.
