The Arizona Daily Star's Tim Stellar is reporting the federal case file against illegal Mexican bandits accused of killing Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, has disappeared.
The case against the alleged killers of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has disappeared from federal court records, apparently sealed by a federal judge.
In May, federal prosecutors won an indictment against Manuel Osorio-Arellanes and others, and they announced it with a press release. Only Osorio-Arellanes’ name was visible in the indictment, but there were blacked-out words where other defendants’ names go.
Osorio-Arellanes was charged with second-degree murder and was not considered the likely shooter. He had been wounded during the gunfight that left Terry dead.
But in the ensuing months, the case disappeared from court records.
Why? Nobody is saying.
Asked about the case, Debra Hartman, spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Diego, which is prosecuting the case, said via email: “Yes, our office is handling the case and can’t comment further.”

if I read it right what they mean by missing is that they are sealed and not open to public viewing. Not that they are gone and can’t be gound.

Whoever feloniously steals, takes away, alters, falsifies, or otherwise avoids any record, writ, process, or other proceeding, in any court of the United States, whereby any judgment is reversed, made void, or does not take effect; or
Whoever acknowledges, or procures to be acknowledged in any such court, any recognizance, bail, or judgment, in the name of any other person not privy or consenting to the same—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
Since the murder of CBP Agent Brian Terry was a felony, and since this new offense constitutes a second felony, it appears that the office of the United States Attorney General is a Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization.
And since there is no Statute of Limitations for the murder for which the accomplices, after the fact to that crime, are now attempting to destroy or conceal evidence. This offers interesting possibilities for a future, less corrupt attorney general.
Well, Holder won't be the first A.G. to do prison time.

Absolutely called for and justified. It would be helpful if it could be done en masse. Homes and assets would be taken, which seems to be their goal anyway, to force compliance. And winters are cold.
They already own most of the housing. This will just give them more. And other goodies to redistribute on top of that. You’re right, of course. It IS justified. It just wouldn’t be all that effective — except to give the Government what they wanted and to get those who do it parked in jails (or those so-called FEMA Camps), or to get them shot.
Individual actions won’t work. Only en masse movements work. If one got maybe 10 MILLION people who refused to pay their taxes.... OR, it one got 10, 12 States to NULLIFY Any laws based on this, and to REFUSE to pay for, participate in, or allow the Fed. Gov’t to punish them — well, THEN it might have some impact.
Agree with you to the dotted i and crossed t. We hang “together”, or separately. We are on the trains now, so to speak, but we are advantaged by knowing at least, the destination.
This is why it is crucial to not allow another socialist SCOTUS judge. Hopefully none of them end up tits up, natural causes or otherwise. If Obamao is allowed to appoint another one in his term (pray to God not terms), you can forget it.
Ya know if the politicians spent as much time ‘working’... “for” the people... who write their paychecks... rather than trying to cover their butts and their friends butts something might just get done!
This will be my last year actively participating in elections. The corruption is only going to get worse because there are no longer laws, nor those equipped to prosecute these criminals ,or to protect the people from these crooks... and they have the power to keep on keeping the revenues flowing to where they want them.
The govenment and the media now work against the people IMO and they throw us whatever is their leftovers to appease us. By that I mean they will pass bills which appear to benefit us.
So I’m done after this year...and pray that 2012 will turn us around and be better for it...but I do have my doubts it may already be too late.
