Bio of the Judge:

Notice Second Mile volunteer. Was the Judge now on his case involved with the cover up by Second Mile? In what capacity did she volunteer?
The "$100,000 bond" is actually a NO DOLLAR signature bond.
Forty counts of child rape and facing 400+ years in prison. Sandusky signs to get out of jail.

A few other notes:
1. The death threats against McQueary were because he spoke TOO MUCH. Tells you the attitude.
2. Sandusky was still recruiting players in high school for Penn State this year according to one recruit. (link now on drudge)
3. Sandusky lives next door to an elementary school.
Sandusky should be placed at the 50 yard line in beaver statium and shot.
Sandusky was on the Second Mile board until he resigned LAST YEAR:
Since we now have an idea, actually a report that Sandusky was “pimping” out the boys, it is not beyond the realm of credibility that the judge is/was a customer. Look into the judge’s bio. This continues into federal areas, but of course the pervs that are within our current federal admin will give this one a “bye”.
He should never have been released. He needs to be put away forever. This man is a criminal, has wreaked many lives. An elementary school-beyond creepy and how tragic that this went on for so many years!
If Sandusky has assets, like a house to put up as collateral, he wouldn’t have to actually put up cash.
He’s a scum bag, but he is entitled to bail in an amount that ought to ensure he stays around for future hearings and the trial.
Is there a person of power, money or influence in that place NOT directly involved in this mess?
Get the Feds in there and leave NOTHING to the locals to deal with. This will ensnare state officials as well. They are not to be trusted.
The media is covering for them as they do all liberals, obfuscating and letting them play the victim. That spectacle as PSU yesterday was sickening.
I must have missed where her bio says she’s a judge. Just says she’s an attorney.
I’d hate to think Holder would be a good person to be in charge of this....but you’re right.
The corruption must go very high. very very high.
Someone needs to barge in their, shut down offices all over pa, confiscate computers, and start the messy work of untangling the web.
RE Holder - I agree. But this will most likely drag out beyond his reign of error so there’s hope that eventually those kids will get actual justice.
This has the makings of a successful HBO/Showtime Miniseries.
Ain’t that the truth.
All together too many people here on FR have taken a hollier than thou attitude toward McQueary by saying he should have immediaely fought with Sandusky and called the police. At the time he was the lowest on the totem pole, indeed the one under the outhouse, at Penn State. Those threats show exacctly the kind of total personal and professional destruction that appeared to await him if he moved that way. Instead, he chose to follow the law and report the incident to his immediate superior, about all most of us here would have done under similar circumstances. Indeed, he comes out of the grand jury report as the cleanest of the bunch.
Maybe he will do the right thing & save the taxpayers some money
Bo Pellini said he thought the game should have been called off, but was proud of the way his guys played. I’m a Nebraskan and I agree with him. So glad it’s over and we’re out of there.
