Herman Cain was not a party to the settlement. It was a termination/severence settlement and was done by the Association.

Cain has steadfastly then and now indicated he did nothing wrong.

Look, so I guess JFK is to blame in Dealey Plaza because he should have been reaching or leaning over to Jackie on his left at that time waving to people on the other side of that vehicle, instead he got hit in the head due to the way he was sitting in the Presidential limo. Or, it was his fault because even with good weather, he should have ordered the "bubble top" put on for that day at Love Field. Yep, all JFK's fault.
