From 7 Billion People To 500 Million People (shortened title)
The American Dream ^

Posted on 10/28/2011 5:36:07 AM PDT by surroundedbyblue

The United Nations has officially designated October 31st as 7 Billion Day. On that day, the United Nations estimates that the population of the earth will hit 7 billion for the very first time. But instead of celebrating what a milestone 7 billion people represents, the UNPF is focusing instead on using October 31st to raise awareness about "sustainability" and "sustainable development". In other words, the United Nations is once again declaring that there are way too many people on the planet and that we need to take more direct measures to reduce fertility. In recent years, the UN and other international organizations have become bolder about trying to push the sick population control agenda of the global elite. Most of the time organizations such as the UN will simply talk about "stabilizing" the global population, but as you will see in this article, there are many among the global elite that are not afraid to openly talk about a goal of reducing the population of the world to 500 million (or less). To you and I it may seem like insanity to want to get rid of more than 90 percent of the global population, but there is a growing consensus among the global elite that this is absolutely necessary for the good of the planet.

Actual title reads: "From 7 Billion People To 500 Million People – The Sick Population Control Agenda Of The Global Elite" I had to truncate it

I found this linked on another website. I realize it's commentary/a blog, but it's so good I thought I'd share.

We must stop this radical environmental agenda. As the days go by, it becomes increasingly obvious how the green movement & culture of death are intertwined. We need to wake up our friends & neighbors to this & put a stop to it. NOW.

There aren’t too many people on the planet. God made the planet sufficient to sustain his creation.

The environmentalists/socialists have always held this view.

If you could not tell that the roots of their positions is “mankind is the problem”, then you need to revisit the history of abortion and how it is tied to the desire by socialists to rid the world of black babies.

Hitler’s desire to create the Aryan Race is portrayed by history as unique to only him. In fact, the truth is that he was just another socialist who wanted only certain types of people to exist.....with the right genome and the right education.

Poverty is the result of oppressive governments, not the sustainability of the planet. These earth firsters are nothing more than racist elitists attempting to impose eugenic policies.
Having convinced “advanced cultures” to contracept and abort themselves into oblivion, they are concerned about the population boom in 3rd world cultures.
They specifically withhold meaningful technology and industry from those cultures for fear of increasing population growth.
They refuse to interfere with ongoing genocide in African cultures for these same elitist reasons.
Let these elitists in the U.N. be the first to flee to the wastelands and survive off of the grid.

I think this will take care of itself to a large extent. There are many, many dis-incentives for reproduction—especially among people in the Industrialized world. Some of them are economic, some of them are social, and some of them are propaganda.

“God made the planet sufficient to sustain his creation.”

Or maybe he made the Galaxy or even the Universe sufficient for that.

Yeah, whatever He made. I just don’t think we are to the point of sending people off to space stations yet, but yes, we are not aware of the full extent of God’s creation.

The Leftist dream:

Depopulate all of Africa and most all of South America, turning them into nature preserves.

Cut the remaining world population to 500 million serfs living in 50 high-rise cities, while they themselves live in small, subsidized, Potemkin villages overlooking the world's most beautiful spots, spending their days dictating to the masses and turning out clay pots.

Leftwing doomsters. Always wrong.

“Most of the people who are going to die in the greatest cataclysm in the history of man have already been born,” wrote Ehrlich in an essay titled “Eco-Catastrophe!,” which ran in the special Earth Day issue of the radical magazine Ramparts. “By…[1975] some experts feel that food shortages will have escalated the present level of world hunger and starvation into famines of unbelievable proportions. Other experts, more optimistic, think the ultimate food-population collision will not occur until the decade of the 1980s.” Ehrlich sketched out his most alarmist scenario for the Earth Day issue of The Progressive, assuring readers that between 1980 and 1989, some 4 billion people, including 65 million Americans, would perish in the “Great Die-Off.”

Although Ehrlich was certainly the most strident doomster, he was far from alone in his famine forecasts. “It is already too late to avoid mass starvation,” declared Denis Hayes, the chief organizer for Earth Day, in the Spring 1970 issue of The Living Wilderness. In that same issue, Peter Gunter, a professor at North Texas State University, wrote, “Demographers agree almost unanimously on the following grim timetable: by 1975 widespread famines will begin in India; these will spread by 1990 to include all of India, Pakistan, China and the Near East, Africa. By the year 2000, or conceivably sooner, South and Central America will exist under famine conditions….By the year 2000, thirty years from now, the entire world, with the exception of Western Europe, North America, and Australia, will be in famine” (emphasis in original).

If every idiot that spouted this nonsense, that preached environmentalism, euthanasia, abortion, redistribution, etc., would practice what they preach and off themselves as a political statement, and give all their wealth to the government, or heck, even the poor, well the problem would right itself in short time. There are so very many mental midgets and moral morons out there.

But what they really mean is, there are just about the right amount of us and way too many of you.

Update: In a 2008 interview with Bob Owens of Pajamas Media Grathwohl divulges more details:

Pajamas Media: You stated in your interview in No Place to Hide that you wanted us to “imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees, from Columbia and other well-known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people.” A lot of people have now had the opportunity to listen to you, and contemplate the horrors these people planned. Can you recall who these people are by name, and who the ringleaders of this plan were?

Larry Grathwohl: Conversations regarding this occurred in Cincinnati, Detroit, Flint, and Buffalo. Participants included Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Mark Rudd, Linda Evans, Jeff Jones, and many others.

Pajamas Media: Was this merely an academic matter to them, or were they serious about killing 25 million Americans that would not bend to their political will?

Larry Grathwohl: I suppose you could consider this a purely academic discussion in that the Weathermen never had the opportunity to implement their political ends. However, I can assure you that this was not the case. There was an absolute belief that they, along with the international revolutionary movement, would cause the collapse of the United States and that they would be in charge. Nixon was of great concern and how his end would be conducted. This may sound absurd in today’s context, but the Weatherman believed they would succeed.

Pajamas Media: Did they ever devise a cover story to explain to the rest of America how roughly one in ten disappeared?

Larry Grathwohl: When I suggested that this might be a difficult proposition they looked at me like I had three heads. They would be in charge! They would be in control! Who would oppose them? Lambs to the slaughter I guess.

Pajamas Media: Were any of those Weathermen involved in concocting this plan particularly excited or enthusiastic about the death camps, or was it merely a means to an end?

Larry Grathwohl: Of course they were enthusiastic as it was representative of the success of “the revolution.”

America these are the sort of people Barack Obama chose to associate with. And then once the dots were connected lied and glossed over the truth about his relationship with Bill Ayers. How does that make you feel? By all rights you should be outraged with every fiber of your being.

Totalitarianism and genocide go together like a wink and a smile.

I really hope president Cain has the stones to shut down our participation in the UN, and starve the beast of our money.

Don’t live in fear...

These elitist clowns have been around for a long time. As long as you expose these Rats for what they are and more importantly stay close to God... then you have nothing to fear.
