So the translation is this?
We should assume that all young people will act like dogs in heat and spread STD's around at random. We shouldn't even try to teach them to save sex only for the person they are married to.
Just out of curiosity, what are the odds of contacting an STD from a partner who is faithful to you when you are likewise faithful to them?

The background of this has been triggered by the data which showed that the primary cause of throat cancers is oral sex not smoking. And the NY public school system has decided to offer how to do it comprehensive sex education
If you live in NYC I’d check this assertion out then start to raise hell. Because this is why there is a push for this by legislators and school superintendents
