Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) hailed the reported death of Muammar Qadhafi as a victory for President Obama.
This is a victory for the president, the Obama administration but most importantly for the Libyan people, McCain said on Fox News Thursday morning.
At the time that the senator make these remarks, the White House had not yet confirmed reports of the former Libyan rulers death.
McCain said he believed theres very little doubt that Qadhafi had been killed.
In a statement released earlier in the day, the Arizona senator said Qadhafis death marks an end to the first phase of the Libyan revolution but didnt mention the president or the Obama administration. Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) was another Republican senator to offer credit to the Obama administration.

Every time I think I can’t despise McQueeg any more...
AZ deserves every problem they have. I’ll never support that state again on anything. Way to go, AZ!
And by the way, a special thanks to Sarah Palin for her endorsement and active campaigning. There’s one instance where she could have kept her mouth shut.
..once again McWuss speaks up when no one asked him to.....or did they?.....how much did you get Juan?.

I swear sometimes I’m actually glad this idiot fool didn’t win in 2008.
oh yeah victory.
Ignoring the rule of law,
Acting like a war monger.
Telling Congress he doesn`t need their approval or the War Powers Act.
Victory ? What kind of victory?
Calypso Louis ain’t gonna be happy with his ‘brothah from anothuh muthuh’ in the White House.
What did the 0bama Admin do...sit back and watch...he’s too busy destroying the US to care about Q-boy...
At least Bush gave Saddam Hussein a trial.
I think the Hanoi Hilton really scrood his head up.
Juan’s about the most despicable member of the GOP, imo. He’s been kissing obama’s ring almost from the beginning.
Ask Brother Malcolm what happens when Calypso Louis ain't happy, oh wait, you can't.
I suppose if one considers replacing a rather ineffective and soft islamist terrorist with new, young, fearless, and suididal islamist terrorists a victory, it’s a victory.
And for Obama, whose goal is clearly the murder of all Jews in Israel, this IS a victory.
Oh, Please, Juan, SHUTT UPP!
Oh yes, our fearless and very macho Obambi did Kadaffi Duck in . . . what we need is that photo of Obambi on his girls bike with his bikers bedpan on his head looking stupid holding a victory sign. What a dude!
I'm still not sure why it's a victory . . . don't you have to be a player in the game to celebrate a victory?
Egyptian victory lead to persecution of Christians.
What does Libyan victory lead to?
Gee, I wonder who is going to take over in Libya now?
Some sorta “Brotherhood” no doubt.
"Barack Obama is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I've ever known in my life."
This was a victory for the rebels, not Obama. McCain wants to toot the horn for Obama, then he better ask himself how long it will be before Obama overthrows this gov. and declares himself president for life.
McCain is a RINO bootlicker.
I heard Rev Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farrakhan have called
the White Hut with profound congratulations at a job well done.
Heh!
