The following is summarized from San Antonio television news reports.
At two o'clock this morning at least three men entered the Bexar County Courthouse in downtown San Antonio, Tx. They were apprehended by San Antonio police as they left the building.
Three suspects were arrested. Two others are being questioned by police and FBI agents.
Terror related concerns were raised when cameras, unspecified documents, and a travel itinerary were found in the Winnebago in which the men were traveling.
KENS-TV reported the itinerary was extensive and included visits to a number of "sensitive" areas. The station reported the men are possibly foreign nationals, possibly Morroccan.
San Antonio military facilities increased their security alert posture. The National Security Agency has a large facility in San Antonio.
No information available on how or why the men entered the Courthouse. No web media reports available as yet.
Now this is interesting.
Bookmarking for follow-up when some reports or links surface. Thanks for the heads up. Seems alot of strange things are going on in the domestic terror fronts of late.
Ping to my recent post #5. News video at link
Ditto.
Another link that may work. Loading a bit slow, but working.

Two men were already in the FBI database. ??? When asked when they entered the country..they said 9-11. They have been having a ‘Spy’ convention in SA this week. HMMMM....
Another link..sounds like they had some help from the inside to me:
(snip)
“Police said two men allegedly climbed a fire escape to the downtown courthouse and entered an unlocked door on the fourth floor around 2 a.m. The men told police they were visiting from out of town, trying to get a tour of the city.”
An ‘unlocked door’ next to the fire escape? Perhaps they are just ACORN operatives looking to do some voter fraud at the ole courthouse...lol
FoxNews29 reports the courthouse has been cleared and will be open for business as usual.
All five men are now under arrest. Two of the five apprently entered the courthouse from the roof. They claimed they wanted to get a better scenic view of the city. (Like there’s a lot to see at 1:22 in the morning.)
Fox reports the men identified themselves as French Morroccan muslims. As penelopesire told us, two are on the FBI’s watch list.
Earlier, KENS-TV reported documents found in the RV especially focused on US water systems. No information on what kind of “systems.”

That’s scary!
That would be the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation. Until this morning I had not heard the term, geospatial intelligence.
They do seem to have some interesting keynote speeches online at About GEOINT.
In particular: "Keith B. Alexander, Commander, U.S. Cyber Command, Director, National Security Agency/Central Security Service, took the stage yesterday morning and shined a light on something very serious: the need for enhanced cyber security for our nation."
Look to the right column on the page.
Any Drug Cartel Members on Trial?
Any Drug Cartel Members on Trial?
I wonder if they recaputured that terrorist who they accidently released after being nabbed crossing the border with Mexico.
I’m glad they caught these men. I hope Holder does not release them on us with new weapons.
The following was posted to a Houston Chronicle blog:
The FBI and Federal Homeland Security investigators are investigating an incident in downtown San Antonio this morning, after two men identified as "French Moroccans' were arrested inside the old Bexar County Courthouse, and a third man was found outside the building in a van, 1200 WOAI news reports. Police now tell 120 WOAI's Michael Board on the scene that photographs of 'infrastructure' including courthouses and water systems from around the country, have been found inside the men's van. One sergeant says the three men were apparently traveling the country photographing infrastructure. San Antonio is home to three major military bases, and officials have notified them of the incident, and have told them to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity and vehicles.
WOAI radio appears to have revised the story to now read, in part:
Inside the van, officials say they found "photographs of infrastructure" including photos of shopping malls, water systems, courthouses and other public buildings which they say were taken in cities nationwide. "They got travel documents, parking passes, they have been all over the country," one law enforcement officials who asked not to be identified told 1200 WOAI's Michael Board on the scene. "A lot of photographic equipment, a lot of documentation equipment inside their vehicle."
