Via Breitbart TV. Given Sterns reach and the otherwise adoring coverage of OWS, this may well be the biggest PR hit the movements taken so far. People are buzzing about this Quinnipiac poll out today showing that a heavy majority of New Yorkers agree with the protesters views whatever those might be but the numbers are a fait accompli. In the 2008 election, Brooklyn broke 79/20 for Obama; Manhattan 85/14; and the Bronx 88/11. So long as the protesters babble feelgood platitudes about economic justice and take care to ruin the quality of life only for those residents/businesses around Zuccotti Park, most of the City will be happy to attaboy em. If they turn more aggressive and, heaven forbid, start to disrupt New Yorkers commutes, thatll be endgame. The enlightened of NYC are all for toppling the system, please understand, but they dont like to be inconvenienced while going about their business of running the system.
Were still waiting for a list of demands, so in a pinch I guess this sample from Occupy Boston will have to do:
Asked what needs to happen to make them pack up their tents, declare victory and leave, many protesters in the loosely organized, purportedly leaderless nationwide anti-corporate movement differed sharply on the end game if they even see one at all.
When we see our world leaders step down from their power and give it back to the people of this country or the world, then we will say that we no longer need to do this, said James McBride of Malden, who has been protesting for a week. But as long as that doesnt happen, we will still be here.
Were already planning for winter.

Ping.
Any of their code phrases that end in 'justice' mean "gimmee more money".
bttt
Yeah, dude, like all the hundreds of thousands of people who work to bring water, oil, and crops to the public should work for free so you can consume for free. Makes perfect sense, man.
(You have to listen to the whole audio clip to get it.)

‘gods’ should read ‘vids’.
gods should read vids.
Don't love it!;-)
Supposed to rain all day tomorrow, heavy at times... Can’t wait
Also, I'm not sure of his ratings or total audience, but I believe he successfully targets the 18 to 25 male market. It must really annoy the OWS organizers that he is making such fools of the protesters.....and then directing it on-air to the same age group that are in attendence. Hehe, devastating.
A reserved---Go Howard! As Voltaire said, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
rotflol!!
‘Why are you here’?
‘uhhhh...uhhhhh..uhhhh’
‘Why are you here?’
‘uhhhh..to have our voices heard.’
‘What do you want to say?’
‘uhhh...uhhh...I dunno...I’m stoned and can’t get laid cause I don’t have a tent.’
LOL!!
the last minute of the HS clip was just so hilarious!
What a bunch of maroons!
Interesting how the media keeps giving the “flea baggers” front page coverage, but gave very little coverage to the tea parties.
Hard to say. The libertarian party ran him, briefly, for governor of New York back in the 1990s, but that was a total PR stunt. I've been listening to him now for nearly 20 years, and I'd describe him as a Reagan Democrat who votes for the GOP only when the GOP runs someone who'd probably get lambasted as a RINO around these parts. He was solidly against GWB and for Gore/Kerry, he was for Hillary Clinton until she lost the nod, and then he got behind Obama.
He's big on individual rights, but he's also big on the government taking action to solve problems. He's very pro-cop, pro-blue collar guy . . . anti-Bible thumper, anti-"Moral Majority"-type people.
He's a libertine on the radio, yes, but in private life, he's very, very different.
Howard has always been a libertarian, he hates socialism just as much as anybody here.
I lost interest in Howard after he and Allison got divorced....up to that point, I thought, sure he’s just being outrageous for entertainment purposes, while in his real life he was a normal family man, but that went away after the divorce.
Howard was pretty good right after 911..he was always bashing the muslim fanatics..then he got on the stupid train to support Kerry.
But didn’t he just say recently, he would never support a Democrat again?
I don’t know...I never listen to him anymore. He was always a bit too crude for my tastes. I just liked his news wrap up with what’s her name years ago...lol.
The show was much better back when they still have Jackie and Billy West....then the show became too much about strippers, and it just got boring.
“scum on scum.”
Pond scum has trouble multiplying during winter.
OK, James McBride - and just how will we accomplish your goal? How do we determine who 'the people' are that are going to get power? Details, details, details...
