NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Just a few hours after protesters learned theyd be able to stay in Zuccotti Park indefinitely, violence broke out as a group marched away from it.
Protesters, apparently jubilant over being able to stay in the park after their furious cleanup efforts, took their brooms, flags and signs and started fanning out at around 7:30 a.m.
1010 WINS Steve Sandberg reported the protesters were saying things to the effect that now that theyd cleaned up the park, they were going to clean up Wall Street.
A group of protesters headed south on Broadway toward the New York Stock Exchange, carrying their brooms. Police were taken off-guard, Sandberg reported. The group swelled quickly and wound up in a confrontation with police as they tried to gain access to Wall Street. The standoff occurred near Bowling Green as they turned left on Beaver Street.
Police urged protesters to stay out of the street and stay on the sidewalk.

Oh it’s definitely staged. That cop didn’t run him over.
These people are so f***ing transparent. The photographers just HAPPENED to all be clustered there, etc., etc.,
What gets me, though, is the statement that one other poster on this thread said, earlier; the cops in Wisconsin, all “good union boys” let the protestors run amok regarding Governor Walker.
So how much are these NYD badges going to put up with?
And like another poster said, addressing LEOs - you guys really need to decide which side you’re on - the side of these communist pieces of feces, or the side of Americans. Because the day is coming very quickly when a choice will need to be made.
And it won’t be pretty for the commies and whoever supports them. There’s a HELL of a lot more of us than them.

I guess the "police motorcycle" must have moved out of the frame of the photo just before it was snapped, because the officer in THIS picture is riding a small scooter.
I was thinking the same thing; that officer was not on a police motorcycle; he was on a meter reader scooter giving parking tickets I suppose.
When my son was about 4 years old I accidently ran over his foot with a small motor scooter almost identical to the one in that photo (he took one more step than I anticipated as I pulled up near him to give him a ride, and the front wheel rolled over his left foot).
He said: “You ran over my foot, Dad.”
Then he paused, and said: “But you’ll still give me a ride, right?”

Just took a peak at Foxnews and while watching them walk down the street in their layers and layers of garb, I wondered if they would be willing to do what they are asking of wall street, giving it away. Would they be willing to give their hoodies to someone without a jacket? Would they be willing to give their nice tents to someone living in a box? And where would they get the money to replace it, from mom or are they being paid?
Probably with the same foot he's going to claim was injured when the cop ran over it.
Where did they get the brooms?
Obama is pathetic. I find it extremely odd that the president of the United States is in support of this nonsense.
This is simply a mob. This is not a protest of anything coherent. I don’t think anyone can articulate what they are protesting about if anything....
Couldn’t see that one coming, could we?
The Communist Party USA (CPUSA):
"We are a party of unity in action. We are an integral part of every struggle and movement for change to eliminate poverty and joblessness, against racism and for full equality. We are participants, initiators and leaders of every movement to make life better now and much better in a socialist future." Yeah, so they supported an oppressive dictator, like the Repubs and Democrats haven't? The CP is still around, has apologized for that whole Stalin thing, and has a quickly growing youth section.

My Vote's for Obama (if I could vote) ...by Michael Moore
Friends,
I don't get to vote for President this primary season. I live in Michigan. The party leaders (both here and in D.C.) couldn't get their act together, and thus our votes will not be counted.
So, if you live in Pennsylvania, can you do me a favor? Will you please cast my vote -- and yours -- on Tuesday for Senator Barack Obama?

Mom is probably thankful to get them out of her basement for a whole month!
PHOTOSHOP!
The Hate America crowd got on the phones, is what happened. Facebook and Twitter did us in. They are rabid. And Bloompussy handled this exactly the wrong way. One can think intentionally.
Give them an inch, and they’ll think they’re a ruler...
Makes me wonder what the next act will be.

Brave but dumb.
She had better be packing at all times, and be around those that are.
WTF did Bloomberg think was gonna happen if he let them stay in the park ???
I HOPE some OWS person gets hurt, either from accident caused by obstruction in the park or by unsanitary conditions in the park ...
THEN they sue the ass off of Bloomberg and NYC - claiming that Bloomberg and NYC FAILED in their responsibility to maintain safe parks !!!
Bloomberg is such a fuggin’ pansy ...
