For those who care to see Sarah Palin in the race for president, a closed group was started to work towards encouraging her to reconsider.
Just read your post at Earthquake! liked and commented :)
Can't you find a nice lawn to rake, or a woodland path to stroll? Wouldn't that just be lovely for you, hmmm? Instead of wasting your time making Palin fans fantasize about terrible illnesses and horrific accidents befalling you?
8^D
No, we're convicted that she may already have done that. She admits she was very close to saying "Yes," but then her kids talked her out of it. We want her to make certain she's following the Lord's leading.
Prayerful following is never as cut and dried as actually "hearing God say" one thing or another, it's a form of becoming convicted over time of where you believe you're being led through much prayerful consideration.
It is not perfect or infallible, because in the end it is fallible, imperfect people who are interpereting what they believe to be His leading. Mistakes can be, have been, and often are made. We firmly believe that if there is a chance that she made such an error here, she should have the chance as well as the encouragement to rectify it.
N'kay? Buh-bye!
;^\
Soon you will see that she used you (and me).
Mental well-being? Used? Nonsense.
IMHO, it's just this sort of badmouthing of Sarah which reveals the abysmally cynical mindset of some GOP voters.
I now expect that Herman Cain will become the new focus of PDS'ers vitriol. CDS (Cain Derangement Syndrome) will be the next malady to afflict this class of "conservative" voter.
It indicates to me that the GOP Establishment is going to succeed in shoving a "moderate" candidate like Romney down the throats of Republican voters.
And rather than fighting hard to nominate the most principled candidate, the voters will instead take the easy way out and "settle" for someone "inclusive" in order to ostensibly have the broadest appeal in the general election.
Such a mindset within the GOP is a recipe for electoral disaster.
President Romney, here we come. That is, if we're lucky and 0bama doesn't beat him. Live it. Learn it. Love it...

She and her husband prayed about it. They made a decision. They let the public know.
You don’t like her decision and you want to make her think about it, again.
You’re bargaining with someone who has definitively declined the offer.
You’re not operating from a position of strength, here.
And you’re wrong. You have no inside knowledge to determine what her prayerful communications with God were like and how they were formed. You were not privy to those private prayers that she had with God. You have no right to say that you think she made an error, here. That is a terribly sanctimonious and deceptive thing to say about prayer and its effectiveness.
I’m shocked and disgusted that you would even try to twist her statement in this way, to suit your own agenda.
You really have no shame.
That Anthony James always was a delusional nincompoop! I will say he has a better control of his mouth and chronic *oops* PMS than you do.
Sore loser too. He is a has been and doesn’t know it yet. Oh well, people always like comedy and circus clowns.
That would be cool! Mark America already has.

You’ve got it all wrong. We’re just letting Sarah know we support her. It’s her decision. If she doesn’t run, we’ll still support and work with her towards the eventual takeover of the GOP.
I was responding to Gargantua’s despicable post.
You, upsdriver, can try your “earthquake” ploy.
Let me tell you what’s going to happen... absolutely nothing.
Sarah Palin is a woman of principles who says what she means and means what she says. She has never tried to play “cute” with people. She has never tried to “go along to get along”.
You will not be able to encourage her to re-think this, because she has looked each of her family members in the eye and said, “No. I’m not running in 2012.” As a wife and mother, when she said that to her husband and children, she meant it. She would never change her mind because a bunch of Palinistas are heartbroken and feel like they’ve been stood up at the dance... you have nothing to offer her that she wants or desires.
The fact that you think you are supporting her by doing this, simply shows how little you know about Sarah Palin.
Seek help.
Typical. There’s a reason why God made woman for man, you know. Something to be said for getting with the program, Limpy. But, to each its own, I suppose.
I was kind of laughing. That Anthony fella just posted another well written ramble about the the past.
Oh well, busywork does a body good.
Bingo.
LoL i am not mad at Sarah just immensely curious abiut the mysterious something which drove her to change her mind last minute. (She obviously isn’t saying.) Your tagline is hilarious though.
I’m over the anger. I’ve progressed to the final stage of loss.
I can’t say what earth-shattering family event may have caused Sarah to turn down the run. I mean, I have my theory but if I were to say what I think, I would get banned or accused of starting rumors. So, let’s just say something happened in the family that was so huge it changed Sarah’s mind. Maybe we will know in “a few months” what it was that changed her “yes” to “no”.
If it wasn’t a big event in the family (perhaps an illness of sorts), then, she never intended to run, which is too sick for me to believe.
Cheers!
Very possible.
We may never know !
It’s only a closed group in that you have to be a member to see what’s posted. Anyone can join. No one is excluded unless they show up to disrupt. Have you joined yet? btw, I only spread the news here and didn’t have anything to do with creating the group.
Great Idea, my card is almost in the mail!
