Poll: Cain surges, opens up 20-point lead on Romney
By Alexis Levinson - The Daily Caller

In news sure to inject shock and awe into the Republican political primary season, a Zogby poll released Thursday showed Herman Cain leading the Republican field, topping former front-runner Mitt Romney by an astonishing 20 points. Cain would also narrowly edge out Obama in a general election, the poll found, by a 4644 margin.
Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, would lose by a point to the president, 40 percent to 41 percent. Texas governor Rick Perry, who has slipped in the polls of late, would lose to the president 45 percent to 40 percent.
The poll found that 38 percent of Republican primary voters said they would vote for Cain if the primary were held today. Eighteen percent said they would throw their support to Romney, while 12 percent each said they would vote for Perry and Texas congressman Ron Paul. No other candidate attracted double-digit support.

PTL!
Cain vs. Cain’t!
African American?
Yeah, Obama is an African,
Cain is an American.
I’ve said it before, but I’ll repeat myself. One of the huge things Cain has going for him, which most politicians and press count as a negative, is the fact that he has not been elected to any political office.
We are living in an era of “anti-politician” sentiment. Not just anti-incumbant, anti anybody who has had a hand in getting us to the place we are...both GOP and Dem elected officials.
Congress’s approval rating is lower than Obama’s. Cain not having served as an elected official might be a plus.
He will if the trend of all the Palin hold outs surging to Cain, which is a 1000% safe bet.
Coulter, Ingrahm, Kraut and Kristol are deeply saddened.
Pray for America
The book schedule is not interfering with his campaign, it is meant to help boost his name recognition and was planned from the beginning.

—Cain would mop the floor w him, and Obama would have a stroke in the middle of their first debate.—
I would pay big bucks to see a debate between those two, assuming there were no teleprompters.
He is getting name recognition. Going on a book tour of all 50 states. He is still campaigning. He is just doing two things at once.
Well we are anxiously awaiting the GA primary so we can vote for Herman.
Zogby is reflecting a trend:

yes we are :)
Honest to goodness, Obama’s head would explode right there on stage. All he could think of would be to call Cain an Uncle Tom or an Oreo. Knowing those would backfire beyond repair, all he could do is blow steam out his ears. The Malignant Narcissist marxist man-child cannot take criticism. Cain is (1) outspoken, and (2) black. Hearing Cain spell out, in a public venue, the disastrous mistakes Obama has made would give O apoplexy.
Yes, we Cain!
This Palin fan is all for Cain. Can’t stand the other two ‘front’ runners. If it’s Romney, I’ll leave the top spot blank.
And he and his minions use his skin color as a shield to criticism, but Cain can and will ignore that shield.
this was a meeting a month ago; http://honkiesforherman.us/blog/category/herman-cain-pennsylvania/
BOR said that the poll was designed for his viewers!
Obviously he doesn’t have a clue.
I wonder where Rush is going to land on Cain vs Perry?
