WASHINGTON - New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious guns operation as far back as July of 2010. That directly contradicts his statement to Congress on May 3, 2011

That's right gaijin. And we need to hold all the Repubs and Dems accountable for their innaction on this. They need to be held accountable. They need to either call for a special prosecutor or answer to the public why they are a agreeable to the cover ups and murders.
Hear, hear!
Absent an outright confession from a higher up in the regime I don’t see Issa growing a set any time soon.
They are busy being rebuilt by the Tea Party. It’s not always pretty.
OK Folks, I’m going to say this again.
This is NOT a scandal if the largely gay-run media doesn’t decide to make it one.
And, as we all now know, nothing, EVEN killing US Citizens without trial, is now illegal if DONE-WHILE-DEMOCRAT to that very same media.
Now, if a REPUBLICAN had been involved in something like this, the media would be parked on the White House doorstep, doing hourly reports about waiting for the impending resignation of that same Republican President.
Evidently, it has to be proven that he actually got the memos in his hands and actually read them, just too much.
Thanks for the ping Mesta
Holder’s week is off to a bad start!

Holder Caught Lying Under Oath on Fast and Furious?

CBS News has the goods, in the form of two documents and an email. And thats not even the worst of his problems this evening.
Tomorrow is zero hour for Eric Holder and the DOJ.
Check back in with PJ Media at midnight Pacific.

It’s been on CNN and CBS. It’s not going away and they’re going to have to report.
So bottom line is William Loginess states at the end of his piece that AT Holder receives dozens of memos like this every week and does not always read them. Is that enough to get out of this?IF he were a pubbie he would already have been fired.
Accessory and then covering up and perjury.
Oh goody....
Couldn’t happen to a nicer felon.
Question is: what kind of deal could the Obama cut with him to accept that punishment in lieu of outing his boss? A trillion dollar slush fund can buy a lot of silence, but not all of it.
Can’t claim ignorance. If these docs were available, he SHOULD have known about them.
Will they do it? THAT is the question.
If I had to guess besides the ATF going down I would say a higher up staff member of at the DOJ will get bussed.
IMHO it all depends on Issa and Grassley and the other Rs. If they have guts or not.
“So bottom line is William Loginess states at the end of his piece that AT Holder receives dozens of memos like this every week and does not always read them.”
Looks like the “dog ate my assignment before I had a chance to read it” has now transformed into 2 split explanations.
1) the officials in those emails were talking about a different case started before Eric Holder became Attorney General.
2) when I testified under oath about F&F, I misunderstood the question. Let me clarify now, please.”
“The Justice Department told CBS News that the officials in those emails were talking about a different case started before Eric Holder became Attorney General.
And tonight they tell CBS News, Holder misunderstood that question from the committee - he did know about Fast and Furious - just not the details.”
