So bottom line is William Loginess states at the end of his piece that AT Holder receives dozens of memos like this every week and does not always read them. Is that enough to get out of this?IF he were a pubbie he would already have been fired.

Can’t claim ignorance. If these docs were available, he SHOULD have known about them.

“So bottom line is William Loginess states at the end of his piece that AT Holder receives dozens of memos like this every week and does not always read them.”

Looks like the “dog ate my assignment before I had a chance to read it” has now transformed into 2 split explanations.

1) the officials in those emails were talking about a different case started before Eric Holder became Attorney General.

2) when I testified under oath about F&F, I misunderstood the question. Let me clarify now, please.”

“The Justice Department told CBS News that the officials in those emails were talking about a different case started before Eric Holder became Attorney General.

And tonight they tell CBS News, Holder misunderstood that question from the committee - he did know about Fast and Furious - just not the details.”
