Results Herman Cain 37% Perry 15% Romney 14%
I don’t know why, but my first sentence was cut off..
anyway- REGIONAL Federal Reserve Bank Presidents are not the same as the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board.
Sounds exciting. There is an “I can” in Cain, you know.
I normally would be at Presidency 5, I was at 3 and 4, but have too much responsibility this time to have gone. Since they would not let you vote for anyone that is not present a lot of the SP supporters are Cain or Santorum supporters. I would have done the same had I been there.
This sends a message to the party elites that they better quit messing with us and trying to shove undesirable candidates down our throats.
I posted on a few threads the other day that to Floridians the Social Security and Illegals are two issues that are huge, and Perry was tone deaf on these issues. What plays in Texas, does not play elsewhere.
I am going to try to reach one of my Friends who is there now,and find out the scoop.

Ah, yes. Ron Paul's supporters. A bunch of spoiled slackers who don't want to protect and serve their country, but do want access to drugs, bussed in on someone's else's dime?
But, he can’t win...he can’t win!!! LOL. Way to go, Herman!!!!
Congrad’s to Herman!!!!!!
Yes! Go Herman!
I hear the Democrats have another plan.
Keep dancing. I didn’t say it was going to work. The MSM is fully irrelevant. The proof is that Cain won this and not their approved candidate Mittens. Rock on.
I hope this ends the Herman Cain can’t get elected crowd. I realize a lot of people say straw polls don’t matter, but the one in Fla. ihas been pretty consistent on GOP predictions. For goodness sake, PLEASE donate to Herman Cain’s campaign before Romney throws in another gazillion bucks .
Presidency 5 straw poll results

The Perry campaign is going to be the ones panicking now.
You know, for a bunch of heartless (thanks Perry) racists (thanks Dems), we do have our points.
Cheers!
Check out the ‘since’ date for John334.
Demand a recount!!!
Didn’t the Chairman of the Florida GOP say that the winner would go on to win the nomination. Will he still say this?
They aren’t meaningless - when they can’t be BOUGHT or SPAMMED.
Palin/Cain. If she does not run Cain/? Not Chrisie not perry not romney. However she IS going to run. After the Korean speech. Great job by Cain though he was always my second choice after Palin.
He’s a Good Man.
His cancer treatment story versus Obama’s DeathCare plan resonated with a LOT of folks. I know it hit home with my wife; she’s decidedly NOT political, but she welled up over it and said she’d support him in a heartbeat.
Perry, the Texas governor, created doubts among some conservatives at a debate with his Republican rivals on Thursday when he appeared to struggle to answer a foreign policy question and had difficulty driving home an attack on chief adversary Mitt Romney.
