Dr Guy Scott (born 1 June 1944) is a Zambian politician. He is currently the Vice President of Zambia and a member of the Patriotic Front (PF).
After graduating from Cambridge University in 1965, Scott joined the government of the Republic of Zambia where he served in the Ministry of Finance as a planner. He was also the deputy editor of the Business and Economy of East and Central Africa during this period. In 1970, Scott left the government to become an entrepreneur and set up Walkover Estate, an agribusiness venture, which ventured into high value crops such as irrigated wheat, strawberries, and a wide range off season vegetables. In 1978, he co-founded the Mpongwe Development Company alongside with the Commonwealth Development Corporation. He then went on to engage in lecturing and research in robotics at Oxford University during the 1980's.

Uh, huh. And we have a ... ahem... *president* who’s 50% black, but thinks he’s 100% black.
Turns out, STUPID is available in every color.

Would this make him an official African-American if he decided to suddenly become an American citizen?

Skin color doesn't matter - what matters is the color, texture, and strength of a persons beliefs, values and ethics. Purple, black, white... when it's skin color, it's a yawn.

If Dr. Guy Scott runs for President, I wonder if the liberal media will speculate on whether Zambia has the "courage" to put aside "racial prejustices" and elect a white head of state...follwed by article after article arguing that if blacks vote against or even criticize Guy Scott in any way, they MUST be moviated by racism.
And how about all those europeans that DEMANDED we elect Obama (as if they elect blacks to major positions of power in their country). One wonders if other black majority nations will pressure Zambia to elect a white head of state in the interests of "healing" the racial divide in africa.

He doesn’t think he’s 100% Black. He started portraying himself as a Black man to get Blacks to support him.
When he ran for Congress in 2000 he was described in the media as “biracial” and was painted as a dirty honky egghead “not one of us” foreigner by Bobby Rush, who crushed him.
His handlers then rebranded him as the great Black hope.
