Mayor Bloomberg warned Friday there would be riots in the streets if Washington doesn't get serious about generating jobs.
"We have a lot of kids graduating college, can't find jobs," Bloomberg said on his weekly WOR radio show.
"That's what happened in Cairo. That's what happened in Madrid. You don't want those kinds of riots here."

LOL!
Send your punks this way Thurston! The south has been laughing at gun grabbers like you for 60 years! Send us your “teens” and your “college students” and we will stack them to the clouds.
Remember the Obama administration logo: You dont ever want a crisis to go to waste
Liberals love riots and anything else that shakes up the country, be it man-made or a natural disaster.
They see any upheaval or crisis as an opportunity to assign blame to mean spirited conservatives, bitterly clinging to the US Constitution - a document they consider outdated and restrictive.
They also see a crisis as an opportunity to scream for more government spending and more taxes so they can show how compassionate they are.
Time for me to update my tagline. Bloomberg’s comment sounds to me like a veiled signal for things to start happening...what with the Day of Rage scheduled for tomorrow in NYC and U.N. vote on Palestinian state perhaps happening on Sept 20th in NYC. Black Panther head thug Shabazz essentially calling for war against those of us that they hate. Lots of red flags going up in my mind. Hope I’m wrong.
He’s right, in some senses. The most underrated emotion in history is boredom. In another, though, it’s misleading. Riots do not result from bad economic times. They often accompany them, but there are always alternate motives. Ideas, especially, are important. Cairo was motivated by things, sinister and joyful things, other than kids wanting jobs.
So, what time to get up and watch the riots tomorrow?
I believe that ANY time any scumbag politician (but I repeat myself raises the “fear” of riots, it is an implied threat.
Maybe he can hire some illegals to clean his house and do the yard work. If nothing else, maybe then we can get him on tax evasion.
Yes he does sound a little stressed. A little comfort food, maybe followed by a nice smoke should do the trick.
Oh wait, can't do that in NYC.
Come to think of it, frustrated smokers unable to get their nicotine fix are more likely to riot than anyone else!
Check this from the 50's TV show I Led Three Lives
Strangely enough, no riots are foreseen in any Right to Carry states. Hmmmm....
F Bloomberg. This is a guy who supports illegals stealing jobs and infinite construction jobs that literally bury businesses behind tons of construction set ups. There is not a construction job this idiot doesn’t like, especially if it has to do with exterior decorating.
And BTW Bloomberg, nice job on the traffic situation. You assign a lawyer as traffic commissioner, and now traffic has reached the level where nobody can get to work unless they walk. Yeah, that’s a real economy boost. What’s next, a dental hygienist as police commish?
Riots won’t happen over lack of jobs.
Riots will happen over lack of gubmint checks.
No fail on that prediction; riot scheduled for tomorrow on Wall Street.
It is becoming interesting when more politicians are agreeing with Glenn Beck's observations. Glenn Beck said it would spread in the Middle East and Europe and then here. Back then it was labeled fear tactics when Beck said it. What does Bloomberg call it when he says it?
Shouldnt they go to someplace like rural Texas and take on the real enemy?
/s
They “ragers” will never...ever, be that unhappy again...
sarc.....NOT....;-)
A “be careful what you wish for” ping...
A dynamic that kinda feels like a “free radical” on your CWII cube...
How would you, and where would a “facilitator/instigator” factor into your “cube”???
I always had this idea that there would have to be some “event” or “incident” that might push the situation over the edge...This may all end up being more of a localized “ venting of frustration”...Or just another case of an idiot elected official throwing gasoline on something and hoping someone else will strike a match when they finally get out of the way and they are safe...
Surprised no one has yet pinged you on this one yet...
I don’t have enough fingers and toes to count all of the possible precipitating events.
Congratulations just 5 more reports & you get a complimentary Brown shirt . 8^ ) (SARCASM!!)
