Its not easy being an Obama for America volunteer, especially when you feel ill-equipped to respond to the waves of attacks from his critics, says Jennifer Kickliter, a Tennessee college student whos signed up for the 2012 campaign.
What do I tell people who point out that the Affordable Care Act isnt helping people, and that the dont ask, dont tell repeal was accompanied by a court order Obama plans to fight? she said in July during an online chat with several Obama campaign aides at Chicago headquarters.
Its great to say talk about his accomplishments, but we need to be able to address peoples legitimate concerns, too, she said.
Now, Kickliter, and other Obama supporters like her, could get some help in the new campaign-sponsored website AttackWatch.com.
Obama for America national field director Jeremy Bird said the site offers new resources to fight back, including policy issue pages that fact check statements by Obamas Republican opponents with links to evidence to back them up. Its slogan is Get the facts. Fight the smears.

Its great to say talk about his accomplishments,.....
Uhhhhhh... What accomplishments might those be?
Love the comments section.
The word “propaganda” comes to mind.
Who is he ‘fighting’?
Fellow Americans?
The enemy?
Who is he ‘fighting’?
Fellow Americans?
The enemy?
I thought he was President of all Americans...
This makes Obama look like a paranoid dictator.
Accomplishments?
Well, doesn’t being the first low-reflectivity president count?
Well, I’m in trouble.
I guess I need to go to AttackWatch and report myself everytime I say something bad about Obama, which is usually several times a day.
In fact, I think we need to overwhelm the site with our confessions.
Well, Jennifer, you do what any other self-respecting libtard does. You stand on your head and tell the rest of the world that its upside down.
Notice how sympathetically and supportively this article is written?
Keep carrying that water, media.
It’s turning to lead.
I suppose.........
So much for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr......
Let me finish this for her: "..., but defending his supposed accomplishments against reason and facts is impossible."
Where on the site are the comments?
Do you have to ‘join’?
Im not joining...

The color scheme on the website seems to have been selected to support the paranoid dictator impression. One almost hopes a GOP mole in Obama’s organization is responsible, but I suspect the Obamaites are really that stupid.
” This makes Obama look like a paranoid dictator. “
Bingo. Right on the money. Bullseye, you win the silver dollar.
