Good luck.

these kids are paying for their college. why not just send them back to Mexico while the Feds take another 30 yrs to figure out the immigration mess.Perry is right, they would be on welfare. they ain’t leaving now, UNTIL WE straighten out the illegal immigration mess that Reagen didn’t straighten out. I guess Reagen didn’t care about our country either.

Funny.

Palin endorsed Perry after all this Gardisil hoopla, which was in 2007.

[How is Bachmann going to reverse the Lady Gaga culture Clinton left us with.]

You’re right, the ‘young’ girls are not so innocent any more and I doubt half of their parents know what’s going on. Some don’t even seem to care. This is a lame thing to bash Perry about. Wonder if they fought this hard over school mandated inoculations!

[Polio vaccine—the effects of polio are devastating—I stuck up for Bob Bailey in the next block when, on his aluminum crutches, punks on bikes attacked him.]

I could well see you doing that Phil.
My son had a bad reaction to the Polio vaccine, wouldn’t stand up the next day, and it was frightening.

Yep let's make the state responsible for bad parenting...

There are TOO MANY vaccinations given to kiddies today. It’s Public Health big-picture issue that needs reconsideration.

You're going to have to be more specific.

Yeah, I’m very disappointed tonight. They apparently don’t have faith in us little trolls to decide on the issues.

Very sad.

We need to cut out the paranoia here:

The HPV vaccine saves lives lost due to cervical cancer. It’s no more an inducement to sex than a tetanus shot is an inducement to jumping on rusty nails.

In Texas, there is an ‘opt out’ provision so that NO parent is forced against their will to have their child take vaccines. The HPV vaccine was to be administered under that regime, and so their children can be as unprotected as their parents wished, nobody would have been forced to take it:

http://www.nvic.org/Vaccine-Laws/state-vaccine-requirements/texas.aspx

“Each student shall be fully immunized against diphtheria, rubeola, rubella, mumps, tetanus, and poliomyelitis, except as provided by Subsection (c). ...
A child is exempt from an immunization required by this section if:

(1) a parent, managing conservator, or guardian states that the immunization is being declined for reasons of conscience, including a religious belief; or
(2) the immunization is medically contraindicated based on the opinion of a physician licensed by any state in the United States who has examined the child.

Bachmann was asked tonight if she accepted Perry saying he made a mistake with gardasil.

She said, “No.” And then she went on to say that the president can’t make mistakes.

I immediately decided to write her off after that answer.

Her standard for a human being...which the president is...is perfection.

That was a nutty response.

There is no proof of anything else.

Do your homework. Perry is vulnerable (IMO) on crony capitalism, as are many other politicians.

I've slowly read many of the comments on this topic. Perry will take a lot of scrutiny for this. Yet, none of the candidates had the foresight to turn the crony capitalism lens towars Obama and GE. What a great opportunity. Newt is right. The media is successfully turning the Republican candidates and the conservative voters against one another while Great Leader continues to get a pass. What is so difficult about bringing some of these hypocrisies into the public debate?

And that is the other point - quit letting the freaking media bait you into attacking each other. Stick with the Newt/Cain principle - attack Obama always.

So you’re one of those kooks???

Opting out of pharmaceutical witchcraft always results in saving a life that would be in danger. This is not the dark ages, we have the internet available to counter the lies that are taught under force of law in government schools. Get educated.

I wonder how many people are really upset with the Gardisil vaccine issue because they think we shouldn’t have to pay for vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases.
