God did not do this. Men did this.
Always have to laugh at the same people who demand free will to do what ever they want when ever they want turn around and demand God prevent others from doing the same thing.

What a ridiculous assertion for this writer to make. It's called a "strawman" argument, where you just make something up about somebody you don't like and act like it's the truth.
It's the only thing Ubama knows how to do, and his sycophants in state-controlled media are simply following his lead.

Nonsense. There was nothing wrong with the “structure”. Some people are just too obtuse and/or hypersensitive.

Someday I’d like to see the remainder of these terrorist perpetrators associated with this marched to the top of one of our tallest remaining skyscrapers and just pushed off the ledge to fall to the street below.
And to have it televised, photographed, and publicized ...like these people were.
God help me when i have thoughts like this.

Remember the Crusades, anyone? Remember the Crusades were a response to Muslim aggression against the Byzantine Empire?

Wow, Travis, that's the most starkly dramatic 9/11 painting I've seen. I really like it a lot, precisely because it captures all the horror the victims must have known in their final minutes. I've long believed the media did us a grave injustice by whitewashing so much of the bloody truth of that day.
We think of the horror for those who jumped and/or burned in the towers, but also let's not forget the horror for the people on those planes. There were children on the plane that struck the Pentagon, maybe on some of the other planes too. I can imagine on an intellectual basis what it might have been like for them, but on an emotional basis all I feel is mingled fury and sadness.

If you
ever send the foul-mouthed abuse report again,
you're the one who's gonna get the zot.
Got it?

You’ve no need to apologize. I understood perfectly what you meant and there was nothing wrong with your comments. You truly have a good heart.

It never even occurred to me that anyone would judge those who jumped.
It never occurred to me either. Ten years and it never crossed my mind. A person would have to be a real "holier than thou" to judge those who jumped.

I knew what you meant, and took no offense. As I read down the thread I was surprised to see so many freepers attacking you.

As my mentor at work had said back then “Operation Sea of Glass”.
(I.e., Moslem places are mostly nothing but desert sand, hence explosives heat turns it to glass....)

I didn’t either. I recall seeing one, and tears came to my eyes.

It is absolutely astounding to me that anyone would consider these people suicides but then I remember a coworker on the day that it happened telling me that he didn’t understand why people jumped. I was amazed and asked him what he thought he would do in that situation and he actually told me that he thought he would have walked into the fire, I told him he was nuts, there is no way to do that. He never said anything about suicide, it seemed that he just had no concept of what burning feels like and thought that somehow it would be easier than jumping. I still shake my head in disbelief when I think about it. Anyone who has ever had even the most minor burn should know that given that choice it is inconceivable to think of walking into the fire rather than jumping.

Anyone remember this kind of hype 5 years ago?
Oops, that would have been while we had a REPUBLICAN president.
I have had enough of the politicizing for the benefit of Hussein and his terrorist buddies.
