You know this is satire. California AB 909 is a Health Facility Licensing Compliance to Local Authorities. It works so well and fools people is that it sounds like something the Rats would introduce as a bill especially from the Berkley area

Yeah, but dumping loads of fuel into the cylinders before the turbocharger can spin up, at just the moment bicyclists are being passed, along with a camera to confirm timing and register the biker’s looks, is assault, IMO.
