I tend to agree that the timing on this thing is critical.
If we inflict a mortal head wound on Obama too early, Hillary or someone else in the Democrat Party will use the opportunity to pounce and throw him under the bus. Then we could be facing a far more formidable challenge next fall.
We need to hit him with this at a point where there is no turning back for the Dems.

I never thought about it that way but I never thought about this in political strategy terms just that people have been murdered and Obama is not above the law.But strategy wise I see what you mean but I don’t think the campaign is in Issa’s head.IMO Issa is proceeding legally crossing all I’s and dotting every T.

It’ll be up to the Attorney General ~ be a good way to free up a whole lot of career positions ~ not just the appointed ones. That way the new guy and his cronies can do some staff promotions to get qualified attorneys in line to do work.
