The "she's not running" brigade are deeply saddened.

I support Palin and want her to run... BUT I have zero interest in voting for someone who hasn’t proven themselves worthy in the debates.

I wanted Palin to run so that should could prove the media wrong by performing well against the others in the primaries, but if she just thinks she can jump in at the last minute and get my vote without actually earning it, she’s got another thing coming.

Hillbuzz, a gay blogger living in Chicago who was for Hillary Clinton...umm no thanks. I have to hand it to the little guy he carved out a unique niche blog. He has all valid points except one thing, she will not beat Obongo in the general. There has not been one shred of data showing her doing that, and that my friend is what patters not how vociferous her supporters are or the purity of her Conservative message. I voted for Reagan, I was around when he campaigned, I heard him speak LIVE and Sarah Palin is no Reagan. She needs to stay on the sidelines, snipe form the tall grass and help get Obama out of the White House, that is her calling. Her running is Barry Goldwater redux.

Yep, don’t shoot until you see the whites of their eyes. The current candidates are just cannon fodder for the left and the media, a distraction to keep them busy until the heavy hitters come out.

Hillary’s creepy. Sarah has nothing to learn from her...

Kevin Dujan gets it. He does.

Sarah is no dope. She did indeed learn from Hillary’s mistakes. And though the article doesn’t mention it, I believe Mrs. Palin learned from Ronald Reagan too. If you recall, Reagan announced his candidacy in NOVEMBER, 1979.

The homosexuals at Hillbuzz are highly mistaken if they think Governor Palin learned from Hillary, but their points are well taken.

Governor Palin is a million times smarter and more politically savvy than Hillary can ever hope to be. For example, Palin’s bus tour was not an idiot *listening tour* and Palin holds her plans close whereas Hillary surrounded herself with Bill’s thug pals.

Governor Palin is honest and I ask everyone here and also in the news media, how many e-mails of Hillary’s have news media published so the public could read?

Isn’t Hillbuzz a group of homosexuals who had previously supported the presidential run of Hillary Clinton? (And you think they’re “brilliant”?)

Despite the source, that is exactly the case and exactly what is needed. He got it right.

Kevin Dujan: At their highest levels, Democrats and Republicans are often in cahoots, because the elite on either side has a vested interest in protecting their counterparts across the aisle. Governor Palin doesn’t care about any of these people, and would certainly enjoy booting them all out of power, since she’s never benefitted from any of this sycophancy and cronyism. And never will, clearly. The establishment hates her, she hates them, and Governor Palin wouldn’t have it any other way.

A few others here are starting to realize it is the true criteria for a proper candidate.

TLI to Covert Operative:

We need a outsider like Palin who has a reputation of putting people of her own party in jail.

TA-DA! The winner!

That is exactly what this nation needs as Congress and the fed-gov is packed with corruption and un-prosecuted active criminal activity.

I do not see ANY of the other candidates getting into office and starting investigations on both "sides."

Gov. Palin would be the only one to even pose that threat.

I totally disagree with this statement..”The media thus had an enormous amount of time to strategize how it was going to attack, malign, berate, and brutalize her through the primaries…to hand the nomination, and presidency, to Obama instead.”

Hilary was the media darling, no media attacks or hard questions whatsoever, but that changed over night when Edward Kennedy backed Obama. Suddenly Hilary was death. It was like watching FR take over the NYtimes and WAPO (which no doubt delighted me) . I could not believe the attacks that suddenly came out. His assessment is totally wrong, Obama was a no where candidate until that moment.

I think one of her reasons is how much a campaign cost. She isn't attached to the deep pockets several of the others are.

Besides, she loves her family and summer is such a great time to spend with them.

Another sign she is running, this is a biggy, is she did not do a second season with TLC on Alaska. An offer was made, she flatly turned it down. Anyone with any brains should have recognized this.

That was the reason I knew Trump was just mouthing...he did another season with his show.

If shes smart (and she is) she should wait for the girls to grow up before running..
THEY would HATE her running.. as well as Track and probably Todd..
Beside that she really does not NEED to be President..

She already has a wonderful life.. and Todd is independent not republican anyway..
She is doing JUST fine as she is..

Bachmann would make just as fine a President as she would...
2020 will be just soon enough.. or even 2016 if need be..
OR as Veep for Bachmann in 2016.. which would be better..

She is not running. Rick Perry’s announcement sealed it. Palin and Perry had an understanding that they wouldn’t run against each other.

Maybe Perry picks her for veep though.

The media thus had an enormous amount of time to strategize how it was going to attack, malign, berate, and brutalize her through the primaries

Hillary brutalized. LOL!! And tell us what's in her garbage and and emails. Tell us how 'hands off' Chelsea survived being bashed and Hillary the lawsuits. You can't! Hillbuzz are whackjobs - attacking on Palin were DAILY started three years ago and with EVERYTHING and every journalist they had. Non stop 24/7 - so demonic they attacked her baby.

TAKE DOWN THE ESTABLISHMENT ELITE BEFORE THEY EVEN SEE HER ATTACKS COMING.

That's for when she is in office so it certainly is not holding up her announcement.

SARAH learned everything by her OWN experience NOT the cakewalk Hillary had and MB is getting.

ALLOW OTHER CANDIDATES TO BE CALLED "UNELECTABLE", AMONGST OTHER MEDIA MEMES SO SHE CAN BE THE ALTERNATIVE.

And when does the attack on Mitt happen to make that scenario one bit credible? That will not happen - 'It's ALWAYS been about 'anyone but Sarah'!

LET THE MEDIA VET- OR,MORE APT, RIP APART-HER COMPETITORS BEFORE REVEALING HER TRUE INTENTIONS

They've had ample opportunity to rip apart Mitt and Cain - ZILCH so far because it will NOT happen - not designed to happen.

Outstanding summary of the brilliance in Palin's delay in announcing her candidacy.

You MUST be kidding. Outstanding summary of BS on what they want to be seen as 'I got the answer'. If they stopped trashing her one or two years ago - they may be right with one scenario but they NEVER stopped. Did you forget "Media Whore"?

The WORLD awaits the announcement from SARAH so all the 'talking points' being damaged, too polarizing, unelectable - come from the brainless! And those FR parrots are useful only for a laugh.

The thought that it is NOT necessary for Sarah to enter EARLY never crossed their brainless head. That would take at least a half a brain.

Those are good lessons to learn from Hillary's campaign. You can't emphasize the, "RAACIST! RAACIST, RAACIST, RAAACIST! For asking anything at all about Obama or his record," point enough.

I'm angry at misogyny I hear from "conservative" talkers who are floating Christie or soft on Romney and beat the "unelectable" drum on Palin, Bachmann from the start. They are bastards.

I commented this week or last that I think Palin's carefully reading the field.

I think she'll get in if Perry looks like he can't go the distance whether it's because of national press attacks, the establishment & Bush team, anti-TX/Bush 3.0 feelings or candidate self-destruction.

I wish Hillary had been the Dem nominee. Bad as the Clintons were the first time around, we'd be better off than under Obama.

This in itself is good enough for me.
