Obama and the Republicans agreed Congress would set up a twelve man committee, and decide what cuts must be made under the agreement. And if they fail to agree, the military gets bent over the cuts barrel ‘for deliverance’.
No agreement will be possible with six Democrats and six Republicans that haven’t stood up against the left basically since Reagan.
So basically what we have here, is:
Obama gets his new $17+ trillion dollar spending limit.
He’s already back to spending like a fiend.
The military is going to take the brunt of the cuts.
And the folks on D.U. are unhappy about this?

I saw many of the 39% on my vacation to Vermont. Let’s see:
my hometown Waterbury Connecticut was full of them and a lot of them worked at Costco.
Tons of them were at Bromley mountain in Vermont let alone the entire state of Vermont.
All the toll booth workers along New Yorks I-90
Another Costco employee in Cleveland, OH who came right and told me she would not help me because she woud have to walk to get the answer!
The further south west I went, the more sane the people were.
I hope Obama pulls a Carlos Zambrano and take his toys and goes home (to Hawaii, Indonesia, wherever)!

if I read that chart correctly it looks like he started this slooooooooow slippery downward spiral when he decided “the police acted stupidly” in Cambridge. I remember an interview with a black female police officer who said she had voted for zippy but would not again. And this was only 6 months in at the time.....gawd it’s been a long exhausting 3 years.
I say he was told the greens were getting re-sodded and he couldn’t get the tee time he wanted.
