The left-wing activist group MoveOn.org picked up the new liberal slogan bashing conservatives for Standard & Poor’s U.S. credit rating downgrade: “Tea Party downgrade.” President Obama’s chief campaign strategist David Axelrod and Massachusetts Democratic Sen. John Kerry both used the phrase on Sunday talk shows.
In a Sunday afternoon email to supporters, MoveOn.org accused tea partiers of being responsible for the first-ever credit downgrade in U.S. history. “This ‘tea party downgrade’ is a shameful blow to our nation’s honor and risks throwing us right back into recession,” Moveon.org wrote. “Worst of all? It was completely avoidable. But when given the choice between extremist posturing and responsible leadership, tea party Republicans chose wrong.” (RELATED: Axelrod: ‘This is essentially a tea party downgrade’)
MoveOn.org added that “now, amazingly, they’re trying to pin the blame on Democrats.”

The Dems plan is to adopt a slogan and beat it to death until a majority believe it to be true. “Tax cuts for the rich” comes to mind. Never mind that the Bush tax cuts extend all the way down to people making 30k a year. Most likely why a majority doesn’t pay fed income taxes at all anymore.
Another lie they are pushing now is that Obama and the dems only added 1.44t to the deficit while Bush added the rest with his “Tax cuts.”
This tactic comes right from the communist handbook and does in fact, work to a degree. They all get on the same page and say the same things endlessly. However, it is only effective in a vacuum. We need to be just as ceaseless spreading the truth.

At least we know the President Obama and dingy Harry are looking to us republicans for Leadership. lol. Kind of confusing seeing as when they took over the house in 2006 they insisted upon looking at President Bush for leadership.

They presented no budget, no plan, no specifics and certainly no leadership, just a lust for more tax revenue in a socialist mandated Obamacare passed as an insult to Americans in the dead of night and the Tea Party is "Taxed Enough Already!"
This is "he who smelt it, dealt it" logic.
Yeah, when they make a statement like “tea party downgrade”, that kind of statement makes people think about whether the tea party really caused the downgrade and if not who actually caused the downgrade. Do the left-wingers really want people thinking about debt downgrades and who’s really responsible for them? That kind of thought process by the American people is going to work against the left-wingers, because the vast majority of citizens are going to blame big-spending liberals for the downgrade and not the Tea Party people.
