" The vague wording leaves room for interpretation, and a U.N. representative for a major U.S. gun manufacturer who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity told FoxNews.com that he believed it left room for the ISU to declare the registration of all American-made guns to prevent illegal exportation."Who elected the United Nations to govern how guns are bought and sold....each country has its own laws about that....Holder not excluded.

This treaty will never be ratified by 2/3rds of the Senate. Its irritating and even infuriating but it will not ever go into effect.

Who elected the United Nations to govern how guns are bought and sold....each country has its own laws about that....Holder not excluded. Satan elected the U.N. The Bible makes it clear that there will be a world government/world religion as a lead up to the end times. I believe the U.N. is poised to be a major player. Common sense would dictate that the U.N. be relegated to the dust bin of obscurity by now, yet they continue with the plan and we submit despite many of the heads of committees being absolute despisers of America - kind of like the Democratic Party...

We're a sovereign nation. The U.N. has no place telling us what rights we have or don't have.
In fact, a law that demands all Americans be armed would be more practical. The 2nd amendment was designed to protect us from vulnerabilities or threats like this from a run away government - especially from foreign, anti-U.S. run away governments who's only goal is to weaken us.
To: yoe
Parties shall take all necessary measures to control brokering activities taking place within its territories
to prevent the diversion of exported arms into the illicit market
.Speak to or convict Oboma, but leave us innocent Americans alone. Except for Obomas arms deals, we're doing just fine on our own.
To: yoe
Good luck getting it through congress.
Although we should not put it past "President Downgrade" to make it an executive order.

Let's try this on for size... No.
We will not comply. Not even if the President and Congress sign off on it. Maybe especially not even then.
These are our RIGHTS. Anyone trying to take them from us is automatically our declared ENEMY and should be treated like any other combatant.
They may not be the ones out shoving guns in people faces, but they are every bit as culpable as if their finger was on the trigger when they are the ones giving the orders to their stormtroopers.

Even the fracking RINOS think this is garbage as well a couple of dems. At best they have about 50 senators who think this is any kind of good.

I’m not much for proposing constitutional amendments, but we really need one that says that no treaty can supersede anything in the constitution. And maybe that treaty terms must be implemented with a 60% majority vote on separate legislation in both the House and Senate.
