FULL TITLE: Moving on and out: Anthony Weiner and pregnant wife Huma finally sell Queens apartment as they prepare for first child
As the Weiners try to put the year's events behind them, it was only natural their marital home - Anthony Weiner's former sexting headquarters - should be one of the first to go.
Thankfully for the couple, after putting their Queen's two-bedroom apartment back on the market - after quietly taking it off during the scandal - they have finally found a buyer.
Their 875-square-foot home on Ascan Avenue was listed at $449,000 in June.

My first house was bigger than that, 1000 SF....$17,900.00 in 1967. Also, yard, basement, garage, driveway. Added a deck. Sold for $30,000 in 1977.

Soros might use a phantom buyer, never tied to him. He’s a shrewd snake : )

they have finally found a buyer It sounds like this was on the market for less than 2 months.
They "finally" found a buyer? I've lost track ... is real estate selling like hot cakes again?? Is two months on the market considered a slow seller today??

I agree. I don’t wish anyone bad luck, but I’d give this marriage a year, max.

Having a movie that’s hardly big enough for one person and a 32 inch flat screen doesn’t really impress me much.

Well, it’s New York City. Things are congested there, including living space.

$513+ a square foot.
How much of that is due to “The Celebrity Factor”?
