Seems to me that the WH is making more and more threats on the American people. Is this why we elected him? Warning is one thing.....threatening is something else. Impeach him.

They should vote and if passes, send anyway. Let it be on the record who obstructed it.

Reid, Pelosi and Zero’s black hole policies, that have added over 4.5 trillion to the debt in last 2 1/2 yrs...the most of any Administration ‘EVER’. Zero is the destroyer of our economy....not anyone else.
And where is the rest of that stimulus money, that was supposed to be put away to stimulate the economy this year?

Our nation’s future is in the palms of people like Valerie Jarrett

Hey Valerie, when you are not socializing the American economy and redistributing its wealth to Eric Holder’s people, how’s that miltary strategy advice working out these days? Leon been in touch with you on running the war?

Speaker John Boehner is taking a lot of insidious hate from Reed and Obama.

Hang in there, Mr. Boehner; most Americans are with you.

Great! No deal! Just cut the fricken budget already and let Obama veto that, too. Right up to election day. Let the people decide.

The House has the Constitutional function to originate all Revenue measures. It keeps trying to do so. It keeps getting blocked.

Very well, unless the House Republicans lose their Will or sense, they can win the debate with the Marxist demagogue in the oval office.

Let’s roll back to the 2000 budget, and then adjust it for this year by applying the yearly inflation adjustment allowed for Social Security for the years 2001 - 2010. Any monies already distributed above that level should be due to the treasury. It solves the problem without a debt increase needed, save perhaps a small one to cover the time allowed for the return of money.

The boy king Obozo does NOT want a “deal” and really is shooting for a “default” because he needs to hang it on the GOP and the Tea Party specifically. As insane as this appears to normal folk, he believes this is his road to reelection - keep the HATE GOP meme going, and above all keep up the class warfare.

I guess we can expect yet again another presidential press conference or speech calling for “balance,” blaming Bush for the deficit, and damning those evil oil and gas companies and corporate jet owners for not paying “their fair share.” I imagine most Americans are getting tired of this crap.

Urkel’s threat of veto sounds way too much like “Please don’t throw me into the briar patch!”

HR 2402 Prioritize Spending Act of 2011 was introduced in the House on June 24, 2011 and languishes in the Ways and Means Committee.

HR 2402 would eliminate Obama’s ability to threaten to not pay the interest on the debt, the military, Social Security, and Medicare. This bill would take away th Dems most powerful bargaining tool; their ability to not pay these things and blame Republicans.

It needs to be passed immediately. Dare Democrats to vote against it.

WH to FOXNEWS: ‘Tell your viewers there’s nothing to worry about’...

Ed Henry, FOX News: “But over the weekend, Democrats were saying there’s going to be a drop if there is no action. Asian markets are going to crash on Sunday. It didn’t happen. American markets didn’t crash on Monday, hopefully they haven’t crashed — why should people believe ...”

Jay Carney, WH press secretary: “You should go on the air and tell your viewers there is nothing to worry about.”
