Wife and I joined approximately 150+- conservatives in the 7:00 showing of The Undefeated at the AMC Theatres in Orange, CA at The Block.
Movie was well received by all in attendance with many, many ovations culminating with a standing ovation and even some in tears because of the positive American message that was presented.
The movie was simply awesome!
It provided much more background on Sarah's executive experience with a strong emphasis on her limited government approach to government in general.
It covered her come from behind elections for both her campaigns for Mayor and Governor, as well as, her time on the Oil and Gas Commission of Alaska.
The movie also makes a great case as to why the GOP establishment fears her.
And finally, the movie really shows why those of us who have supported her really respect, for her sincerity. This came shining through.
An added bonus was Andrew Brietbart and Mark Levin simply excoriating the GOP Elite and leadership, particularly Brietbart calls them for what they are Eunuchs.
If anyone, with even an ounce of sincerity and a conservative bent can come out of this movie without either an enhanced positive opinion of her or a changed opinion from negative to positive, then that person is probably not sincerely a conservative.
Those of you who are naysayers of Palin or her supporters, do yourself a favor and go see the movie with an open mind, it will change you.
Those of you who think this movie will do nothing to further Governor Palin's popularity or acceptance by the mainstream, will probably change your opinion if you are brave enough and objective enough to go see the movie.
There was an Afterburner, organized by Organized4Palin, at the El Torito in the Mall parking lot. 40+ people showed up, including Tammy Bruce. Apparently there were similiar Afterburners after earlier showings as well.
The movie will play both Saturday and Sunday at this theatre and then I believe they are going to try and extend the run based on theatre attendance, which by the way, on a per-screen basis was only second to Harry Potter.
Rondog, EveningStar, and several other Freepers(whose names I have forgotten given my poor memory) were in attendance at the Movie and the Afterburner.
Nice... ;)
bravo!
If you downplaying the harm the homosexual agenda is doing to this nation, I won't hesitate to do so.
Appreciate your review. It hadn’t occurred to me that they would be re-releasing it to a larger audience but if they do, I hope they read and take your suggestions to heart. Looking forward to seeing it myself.
That’s a nic.e post soconpubbie. Nice to meet you
The hate mongers are out at the Internet Movie Data base and more likely than not have been stuffing the ballot box with bad reviews. I bet only a handful of those who give it a single star even saw the movie. >>BTW, only the first two rows were empty, pretty much a full house of excited conservatives!
>We need to get the independents to see this film.
>I’d like to see the looks on the faces of the lame stream media who have excoriated her over the years.
Luckly for all of us, they’ll see it when they secretly buy it at the $5 DVD section in WalMart.
Here you are now calling 2nd Division Vet, a hero here to many of us, a “Liberal” a veteran of the military he is.
You seem to have no limit as to how low your comments get
EXCELLENT, AgThorn!

O4P CA; The Undefeated Opening Day Ground Report
07/18/2011 4:01:00 PM PDT · by Anamnesis · 37 repliesOrganize4Palin ^ | Thomas Schmitz, O4P California CoordinatorThere were times these last 3 weeks where it felt like we were trying to make some fish and a couple loaves of bread go an awful long way.
But 3 weeks of: boots on the ground, fingers on the keyboard, and good old fashioned volunteerism paid off big time this weekend!
Victory Film Group's The Undefeated opened on Friday July 15, 2011 and ended up having an average gross of $6570 per theater.
If that wasn't enough...
Now, now, Andrew -- just because someone is a deracinated, sissified hothouse pansy who likes a nice Princeton rub behind the boathouse every now and then doesn't mean he's a eunuch!
Tsk, tsk.
In fact, they've written 45 reviews already, a fairly large response given the number of ratings returned.
You're right, a lot of raters must have given it Zero stars, if the rating is down around 1.5 ...... very low ..... but notice that the Metascore is 32, which is weak but more consistent with a show that is rated about 4 or 5. So that's another indication something funny is going on.
I've noticed that ratings tend to rise over a period of three to four weeks after release. Later viewers are usually kinder, even to weak fraternity-boy comedies.
Ping to my last.
Well, again if anyone thought that any conservative candidate, or potential candidate was going to be given a fair shake at challenging their guy for that job...
I got some ocean front property in Arizona I wanna sell ya...I’ll give ya a good price...
Not that I am a fan of anyone in particular at this point...But if they are already crucifying Palin (still), and raking Perry over his supposed “calling” comments yesterday about running for President...
If they are already vilifying the potentials, that means no one who has announced so far running for the job have a chance...
Any SoCal FReepers going to "The Undefeated" [Sarah Palin movie] and "after party" in ONTARIO?
