The Kenneth Gladney beatdown case continued this morning in St. Louis County Court. After a health care town hall meeting in August 2009 St. Louis native Kenneth Gladney was beaten, kicked and called racist names by Rep. Russ Carnahan’s SEIU supporters. Gladney spent the night in the hospital after the beating.

The tide has changed - as it always does. The old establishment white guy who got us into Iraq, Afghanistan and economic quagmire motivated the election in 2008 of the cool black guy who would be our saviour and get us out of the global and economic mess we’d become enmeshed with....
Guess what? There is no change - and the people who actually vote “get that” both right and left. The MSM can spew all the crap they want, but people know that we’re still fighting even more wars now than in 2008 and we’re paying more for everything and losing more jobs - all simultaneously. Once again justice is done, this time in Missouri. Any criticism of this jury will relegate you to lynch mob status. So just accept the beat down and praise be that America has the best justice system in the world. The jury has spoken, now everybody else STHU.

I defended AND STILL defend the Casey jury and no FReepers will bully me into backing down on what I know is right. Seems to me, no one here has all the evidence in this case either, but all are quick to judge....
That said, it is VERY plausible the jury was tampered with (which is illegal) in any case dealing with unions. Not so with the Casey jury. It’s apples and oranges. So u can stop attempting to brow beat the Constitutional loving/defending Conservatives on FR. k?

Okay I am going to say this and you can flame all you want. I don’t give a flying fig! I watched the Anthony trial start to finish, reel to reel and have listened to the juror interviews.... Their is NO way the jury had a minimal grasp as to the evidence. They “didn’t want to put her to death”, they “liked the defense better, than the prosecution”, “they didn’t understand there were lesser charges”, they didn’t understand that the state did not have to prove motive or cause of death, etc., and the list goes on.
And NOW THIS!!!!!
Here is my firm belief. THE JURY SYSTEM IS BROKEN!!!!!!!!
Most Americans are too stupid to analyze evidence and render a just verdict under the law. That and IMHO I would not be suprised in oth cases if there was tampering. Both of thses cases can NOT be explained any other way!!!!!

sadly, neither is this vedict. I had a chance to hear this victim speak....this is an injustice. Same as the Casey Anthony verdict. It's broken.
When in the course of human events, the citizens of a nation become aware that Justice and Redress are not forth coming from their government officials, it becomes necessary that the citizens take up the responsibility of correcting the malfeasance of those officials.
Can this correction be accomplished short of simply hanging the officials?

Other Obama supporters have threatened critics with criminal prosecution. In September, St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch and St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce warned citizens that they would bring criminal libel prosecutions against anyone who made statements against Obama that were “false.” I had been under the impression that the Alien and Sedition Acts had gone out of existence in 1801-02. Not so, apparently, in metropolitan St. Louis. Similarly, the Obama campaign called for a criminal investigation of the American Issues Project when it ran ads highlighting Obama’s ties to Ayers.
Well, justice denied simply means that SEIU will not have to worry about being prosecuted. They will have to face Conservative security, and they will be severely pounded.
Rope a dope prosecution by liberal facists.NOW SEIU thugs will get the snot beat out of them.
When it makes no sense
