Another computer graphics expert is questioning the validity of the Obama birth document released by the White House.
Victoria Nicks, who holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Information Technology, argues that the presence of "differently sized pixels" in the image released to the public April 27 by the White House indicates that it's not "an exact duplicate of an original document scan."
In a piece on the Decoded Science website, she also points out that there are "misaligned pixels" throughout the document.
"The fact that there are different-sized pixels throughout the document indicates, without a doubt, that the document has been altered from its original state," she writes.While Nicks is not willing to state that the Obama document is a forgery, others graphics experts have come to that conclusion.
Nicks says it's possible that the alteration is solely the result of a standard optimization process, but it's clear that the document is not an exact copy of an original birth certificate.
She says that while most of the Obama document is composed of larger pixels, the layer of pixels that can be removed from the document using the software program Adobe Illustrator is made up of much smaller pixels.

They could have taken any Hawaiian BC that had much the same info that would have applied to Obamugabe and just altered the name and dates. I’m sure that doctor delivered many babies in his career. And I’m sure that that hospital had many babies delivered there. All it took was a search for a good candidate that perhaps died in infancy or relatively soon after birth.......................

Why don’t you optimization software proponents:
1) Scan a document with a color security background preprinted sections and hand written components, (like a standard bank check)
2) optimize the scan the way you think it was by the white house
3) post the resulting pdf and a video of your process and results that show optimization handles all the issues associated with the WH LFCOLB.
If you do that, then you might actually convince some people, but until you do you are just talking. Back up your claims.
Better yet, let a skeptic compare the scan to the paper BC on file in Hawaii.
You know, many years ago, I read WorldNetDaily every single day for real news. Times have changed certainly for the worst for this once credible web site. I’m sure I am not alone here in saying that I am sick to death of even hearing anything about the “birther” issue. I have wasted countless hours paying attention to this dead issue already. There is more weight in the photons emitted by a firefly’s fanny, than there is weight in this issue. Face it folks, if a tree falls in the forest, and there is no free press to report it, the tree makes no sound. WorldNetDaily will be extinct by this time next year.
yes- but we need access to the original for that - which we don’t have.
Ok - so I have scanned documents with a mac/hp/preview setup, and optimization does not create the issues with the document that these posters claim it will. (no duplicate characters/boxes, no solid characters- all have some grey pixels, no white halo layer)
They need to show a program/process that will do it, not just claim that it would.
BTW the white halo layer may have been necessary to obscure differences in the security background pattern - that would not match/align on pasted in words.
There are at least two parts of Barack's confirmable history that strongly imply he was adopted. The marriage between Ann Dunham and Lolo Soetoro, and the 1970 abandonment of him by his mother to his grandparents. EITHER condition would have resulted in a fabricated birth certificate for young Barry.
As a matter of fact, the d@mn thing may have been fabricated a THIRD time. When he found out what a hot potato his birth certificate had become, he may have got a judge to order a third iteration of his birth certificate in an effort to make it say what he NEEDED it to say. That what he has presented looks like an amateurish cobbled together bit of photoshop is entirely consistent with the theory that Hawaiian officials (obviously not particularly competent at anything) created that PDF file out of bits and pieces that they had access to from other files.
As people have pointed out, Obama has the resources to hire people to do a GOOD JOB. The State of Hawaii can not do that because only their officials are able to access their archived files, and consider what a hot commodity a birth certificate for Barack was, State officials had to have done it themselves. The Document is the product of their amateurish but "Official" efforts, and they were too ignorant of the characteristics of photoshop to flatten the layers so the obvious nature of it's fabrication wouldn't be as easily detectable.
The Obama Administration, That Brilliant band of bunglers, were just as ignorant about Photoshop as the Hawaiian Bureaucrats, and simply posted the file they received from Hawaii, layers and all. Once it was out, it was too late to retract, so the only thing left for them to do was be silent about it.
Anyway, that's how I see the whole thing. Of COURSE it's a FORGERY! But it is an "OFFICIAL" State Certified Forgery! Like I said, *I* have one of those too! :)

Well, duh. It's never been about whether the document is an exact duplicate or not, because it clearly isn't. The question is whether there is an explanation that doesn't involve forgery, and this expert believes there is, and she is correct.

Not that it matters because i'm not running for President, but Yeah, All the Parents on Both Certificates are American Citizens prior to my birth.
