LOCAL TEA PARTY GROUPS TO CO-SPONSOR TEA PARTY PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE, HOSTED BY CNN AND THE TEA PARTY EXPRESS
The Tea Party Express (www.TeaPartyExpress.org) released details today on the 120+ local tea party groups that will co-sponsor the upcoming Tea Party Presidential Debate. Tea party groups may become a co-sponsor at no cost, giving them access to event tickets, national recognition, and input content of the debate.
The historic Tea Party Presidential Debate is the first and only scheduled debate focusing exclusively on tea party issues, with candidates answering questions that come directly from activists within the broad grassroots movement.
Chairman Amy Kremer said, This groundbreaking debate is a powerful demonstration of the strength and influence of the tea party movement. The candidates will be on stage answering questions directly from tea partiers, and vying for the full support of the movement. With the entire tea party movement engaged in this debate, the right candidate will emerge with strong tea party support and the momentum to win the Republican nomination.
Hosted by CNN and Tea Party Express, the debate will be broadcast live from Tampa, FL on September 12th, a date that was chosen for its great significance in the modern tea party movement. More details can be found at: http://www.teapartyexpress.org/teaparty-debate

Would it not be an incredible treat to see the stain sitting in front of that group and being forced to answer questions without his trusty teleprompter???
Also, he'd not be allowed to leave the room until the end of the "debate"....no more of this running off and hiding!

Certainly Sarah needs to be at this one? I would think she would want to be? I would hope!
BTW I support her if she announces in Oct 2012 (yes I know that would be difficult, to say the least LOL) just saying
Now perhaps this might move up her announcement? I guess the day after labor day would still be fine.
I hope Perry is not in the Fox August debate, this way the MSM will not just have Gov Palin to bash

Pains me to say this, but same thing can now be said of Fox News. Show me a panel of Tea Party friendly folks on Fox? NOT FNS, NOT Special Report,Not The Factor, not really any day time show. Hannitty is the best they have, other than that you have to turn to a couple on Fox Business.
The new show at 5 PM has Eric Bolans (sp) He likes Sarah, not sure about the Red Eye host have not really caught much that he has said.
Former Bush WH Press girl..name slips my mind, she is pretty moderate.
Then you have Andrea Conteras (something like that) She is not a big supporter of Palin, I have emailed her, in fact she is OK with Romney. She likes MB better than Palin (not a crime I suppose?)
So Fox really not that much different than CNN///ALMOST

First I heard of the Fox Iowa debate.
It looks like there will be two of them.
FOX News and The Washington Examiner, in conjunction with the Iowa Republican Party, will present the first Iowa presidential debate on August 11th. The debate will take place at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and will set the stage for the Iowa Republican Party Ames Straw Poll on August 13th.
In making the announcement, FOX News Senior Vice President of News Michael Clemente said, FOX News is proud to partner with The Washington Examiner and the Iowa GOP to kick off the 2012 election season and provide viewers the most thorough coverage of this important debate.
Stephen G. Smith, editor of The Washington Examiner, added, This is shaping up as a pivotal race, and were proud to be part of the conversation as the Republicans choose their candidate
Continued at link in title.
Funny that with this debate, it is the "kick off the 2012 election season."
Heck, Mitt and a bunch of others have been seasoned in this election season for months, even to the extent of years with Romney.
He started campaigning for 2012 when he dropped out in '08.

I think she will be in this TPX/cnn debate.
Also watch the schedule and keep up with updates to the TPX Bus Tour which will have 29 tea parties across the country culminating in the Grate Debate!
Here is the thread with the schedule:
-
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: July 7, 2011CONTACT: Levi Russell at Levi@FrontlineStrat.com, or (509) 979-6615 TEA PARTY EXPRESS RELEASES SCHEDULE AND ROUTE OF NATIONAL TOUR Coast-to-Coast Route Focuses on Early Presidential Primary StatesThe Tea Party Express (www.TeaPartyExpress.org) announced today the full route and schedule of the upcoming national tea party bus tour. Titled "Reclaiming America," this is the 5th coast-to-coast tour for the group, and will feature 29 tea party rallies in as many cities with extra time spent in states having early presidential primaries. The Reclaiming America tour will launch on August 27th in Napa, CA and roll East to...
She was at three of the tea parties on the last TPX tour and I imagine she will hit some this time too. Which may have something to do with her not declaring yet, I think if she is a candidate it would be more difficult for her to be at tea parties associated with this tour without getting a bunch of flack.
Not that it would matter...she is ALWAYS over the target, so she will always get flack.

I’m sure that CNN approached them and not the other way around. CNN is really trying to show they have changed but the damage is deep.

What?
It's hosted by CNN?
That's a bummer.
Originally it was scheduled to be HOSTED BY CNN AND THE TEA PARTY EXPRESS.
What's wrong with the picture you painted?
: > )
I can't think of a better way to get the debate broadcast in all of the airports in the world, plus probably 99% of the hotels.
