According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in NY, several employees have lodged complaints about Nancy's "offensive" behavior ... including one time in 2009, when she barged into a meeting and "pointed to each [attendee] and said, '[clinically descriptive term for the male reproductive organ]' and then walked out."
Nancy allegedly pulled the same "[clinically descriptive term for the male reproductive organ]" stunt again in 2010 -- but this time she also screamed out, "My [slang for testicles] hurt."

I’d imagine there can be few things as satisfying as turning the “hostile workplace” laws against a foul-mouth female bully like this one. She shouldn’t get a pass on this kind of behavior just because she’s a woman, although I’d bet money that she figured she was exempt from the consequences.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that applies to changing the meaning or making changes without indicating that said changes were made. Otherwise, we couldn't excerpt, which is, as you know, required for many sources here.
In my case, I used the type of brackets ("[") that are recognized (in both journalism and other forms of general usage) to denote where something has been edited/substituted.

In my workplace, they commonly make jokes about men having their gear cut off. They snicker and think they are quite clever.
They can be very unprofessional; sometimes it just seems they are “playing office”, with no clue. I have a professional persona for work, and the “real me” for everything else; they often blur the two (crying at work, raising their voices and such). Some professional women are very sharp; others behave in ways that would never be tolerated in male employees.

I have read that many of the family names involving gold-, silber-, fein-, or -stein stem from a list of names that Jewish families in Germany were forced to purchase during the middle ages; a sort of punitive tax. The richer-sounding names, e.g., Goldstein or Feingold, cost more.
Hostile workplace laws sound like BS to me. Just like hate crime legislation.

I agree 100%. But I find it to be amusing irony when it is successfully turned against someone like this.
I've known guys who have had their careers destroyed for a lot less than this, stupid stuff that got blown way out of proportion in a virtual Star Chamber persecution at the hands of the feminist mafia that run Human Resources Departments in all our companies.
This woman exec obviously thought that her sex would exempt her from consequences for her boorish behavior. I love seeing this kind of arrogance getting smacked down, and using the "hostile workplace" card against her just makes the irony so much sweeter.
