In my workplace, they commonly make jokes about men having their gear cut off. They snicker and think they are quite clever.
They can be very unprofessional; sometimes it just seems they are “playing office”, with no clue. I have a professional persona for work, and the “real me” for everything else; they often blur the two (crying at work, raising their voices and such). Some professional women are very sharp; others behave in ways that would never be tolerated in male employees.
