I’d imagine there can be few things as satisfying as turning the “hostile workplace” laws against a foul-mouth female bully like this one. She shouldn’t get a pass on this kind of behavior just because she’s a woman, although I’d bet money that she figured she was exempt from the consequences.
I work with women who think the laws only apply one way, in terms of language, physical contact, etc; it is pathetic.
Hostile workplace laws sound like BS to me. Just like hate crime legislation.
