I heard that the Mexican government is demanding that the US put those government officials, responsible for the Fast and Furious campaign on trial and then send them to Mexico to be tried there.

The president can only pardon people who have been convicted of federal crimes. This case was tried in the State of Texas.
Has this treaty been ratified? If not, how in the hell was this a 5-4 decision? Man, how I loathe these psychopathic liberals...

He was in the US since he was two as an illegal. He had all this time to ask for Mexican consul - his lawyers knew about that but thought they’d play the last trump card. Glad it’s too late for that scam.
