Will the alphabet media cover this live, wringing their hands over the shunning of their little god’s declaration to Governor Perry?

5-4, usual suspects. We are one judge away from a Court-approved dictatorship which rubber stamps any liberal initiative.

I wonder why the Court even agreed to hear arguments, or if the rejection was summary. The quoted article didn’t say.

........who was not told of his right to diplomatic counsel when arrested.

Virtually all the reporting on this case has included this statement as if it were fact. The fact is this "right" is part of a UN treaty that has not been ratified by the Senate, therefore the alleged right does not exist under Texas law. The Obama justice department wanted the SC to force Texas to follow an unratified treaty. Yet another example of this administrations contempt for the constitution.

Thanks for the news!!

I get really really tired of news reports saying the police did not tell this POS he could call the mexican consul.
Why would they? The killer didn’t tell them he was a mexican.

Thank goodness for small favors. How was this going to damage US/Mexican relations? Were they going to send over more ILLEGALS for us to feed, house and educate?
