IMO, these would be the agencies he could most easily use to implement his agenda. It would be an easy way to control the population by crushing them under regulations, rules, and mandates from these agencies, and allow him plausible deniabilty should things not go according to plan. I left out the FBI, CIA, and DOD thinking he couldn’t make any real inroads into those agencies, but with the input from some fellow FReepers, that doesn’t seem to be the case. BTW, I don’t like playing 20 questions either, I wanted to see if anybody else was making these connections.

Clinton is still on record as having been impeached by the House, but the conviction by the Senate failed to occur as you pointed out. But he is still stained with impeachment from the House. At a minimum, I would love to see that happen to 0dumb0.
