Ann Coulter: CASEY ANTHONY: SINGLE MOM OF THE YEAR! (Leftists Ecstaticly Praise)

CASEY ANTHONY: SINGLE MOM OF THE YEAR!

July 6, 2011
How many months of man-hours did Florida police spend searching for little Caylee Anthony back in 2008, while her mother, Casey Anthony, knew exactly where the child's body was?

If you were the victim of a crime in Orlando, Fla., between July and December 2008, you should be enraged that the police couldn't prevent or investigate your crime because they were too busy looking for a missing child whose mother already knew the kid was dead.

It's a zero-sum game with police resources. Cops combing through the woods searching for a missing child are not going to be patrolling your street or arresting suspects.

From repeat domestic violence calls to Los Angeles car chases, hit-and-run drivers and the balloon-boy hoax, worthless louts consume vastly more law enforcement resources than the rest of us. Cops in any town will tell you all the domestic violence calls come from the exact same homes, over and over again.

As long as we're looking for new revenue streams, how about billing these white trash low-lifes for their massive consumption of police resources? The dregs of society need to be assessed a fee for their abuse of government services and thrown in debtors prison in the unlikely event that they can't pay.

As I described in my last book, "Guilty," the leading cause of all social pathologies is single motherhood. One way or another, Casey Anthony's refusal to give up Caylee for adoption was going to cost society -- and cost Caylee.

The statistics are so jaw-dropping that not giving up an illegitimate child for adoption ought to be considered child abuse.

Various studies have shown that children raised by a single mother comprise about 70 percent of juvenile murderers, delinquents, teenaged mothers, drug abusers, dropouts, suicides and runaways. Imagine an America with 70 percent fewer of these social disorders and you will see what liberals' destruction of marriage has wrought.

Juries can do some really weird things. I know of a burglary case where the suspect’s finger prints were lifted from the interior of the victim’s safe. There was no explanation from the defense as to how they got there. The jury decided that the victim had framed the suspect because? When the victim listed the stolen items he listed $10K in cash several items down instead of at the top of the list. At least one juror thought that was highly suspicious and managed to convince the other morons on the jury that the suspect was framed by the victim. Suspect acquitted. Even the defense was stunned.

I agree 100%. I would bet that virtually every single one of the little monsters in those feral mobs we're seeing this summer was gifted to society by a single mother.

Yes and no. There have always been disappearing dads, deadbeat dads, etc. But once upon a time, the woman had the child, and hopefully, was helped by her family or her church and then sometimes would later marry. But at any rate, she had a child, if nothing else.

Now women are pushed into abortion and they never even have a child to show for the “relationship.” Even though the child might have been the only good thing they got out of it...

So we have two problems that are almost in conflict. One is the fact that fatherlessness is now considered almost the norm for children, and the other is that women (and this is not only women in a transient “relationship,” but sometimes even married women) are actively discouraged from having the child by everybody from the child’s father to the woman’s own parents.

The examples of adoptees used by the spinster Coulter are all white. The biggest problem with bastardy right now is among blacks. It’s a big problem with non-blacks, but far worse with blacks.

Two main factors are in play with the production of young criminals. The main one is that which Coulter based this good essay on: “single moms”. I suspect that the criminal inducing element is being Dad-less.

But the secondary factor is also important. What is that? Living in a neighborhood with high percentage of single-moms, alternatively a low percentage of Dads.

Single white moms are more often found in neighborhoods predominately made of whole families. Single black moms are more often found in neighborhoods where whole families are rare.

The Lady Ann constructs a narrative-hook of a bridge from the notorious Casey Anthony case to an essay encouraging forced or strongly motivated adoptions for illegitimate babies. To use social policies of adoption rather than supporting single mothers. It’s good advice. Old school.

But that narrative bridge is a weak one, it doesn’t hold the load of making a serious dent in reducing criminal creation. That is because black babies are not too hot to be adopted by those in the market to adopt. And there aren’t enough black families willing to adopt the massive number of kids otherwise without Dads.

Still, this is a good discussion-inducing, thoughtful, essay.

England lost a huge percentage of its male population in WWI, and many other European countries experienced vast losses of males in 19th century European wars. There were entire villages of spinsters in Spain and France because there were no males left to marry them, and the only children belonged to widows.

But the point is that there are many situations in which children have been brought up by the mother alone, and this does not automatically produce a damaged child. Even if the mother is pregnant out of wedlock, it’s better for her to have the child, because then there is at least a chance of happiness and of turning things around. And of course, it’s a lot better for the child not to be aborted!

I’d rather be the child of a single mother than dead, personally. So I don’t like it when people put pressure on single mothers to abort. Blacks have a hugely high rate of illegitimacy (something like 80%, I believe) and an abortion rate of 60%, so they seem to have the worst of both worlds.

But, that said, “single motherhood” is certainly not a desirable thing, particularly if it becomes a staple in certain communities (such as blacks and, increasingly, lower income whites like Casey Anthony).

Thus, for example, the noted scientific periodical Us Weekly celebrated single motherhood with an article titled “The New Single Moms and How They Do It,” which delusionally proclaimed that the “sisters are doing it for themselves.”

“No, they’re not. They’re “doing it” at an enormous and unasked-for cost to every man, woman and child in America. They’re doing it at incalculable cost to the children themselves, such as helpless, innocent Caylee.”

Ann is right.....However, what can we do about it? Force them to have abortions, or seize their children as property of the state? The sad fact is that it will take a change in societies morals to bring about a change....I don’t see this happening. So, that leaves us in the position of doing wrong unconservative things....like promoting abortion or seizing children to fix things.

I can believe that. If the most assertive member of the jury is a quack, and the other jurors are pushovers, I can see them reaching a bizarre verdict.

Judith Anne: “But truthfully, you are an exceptional mother, and your child is very blessed to have you.”

If you mean exceptional in that she didn’t expect other people to pay for her mistake, I agree. If you mean exceptional in that she’s a single mother, not so much. Single mothers aren’t so much the exception these days as the rule.

Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone sins. The key distinction is admitting we all have a sinful nature that leads us to do things that are evil, repenting of past mistakes, and doing our very best to avoid repeating them.

I know it’s not popular to say this, but having sex outside of marriage is wrong. One may be able to somewhat mitigate the harmful effects of fornication, but that doesn’t change the reality that children should be created in loving, committed (married) relationships.

The rich, having more resources, are generally able to mitigate the results of their sins better than the poor, but have no doubt there’s always a price to pay for unrepentant sin. The child pays, the mother pays, the father pays, society pays, etc. Having children out of wedlock is a mistake that can have decades of negative repercussions in this world and an eternity of repercussions in the next.

Let’s not make a single mother out to be more heroic than she really is. What’s REALLY heroic is trying to live a pure life and do the right thing in a fallen society.

Yes it is, xains. She hit that nail on the head again.

This type of thing was a lot of the gist of her book last year.

Some of us went and saw her do battle with Dr. Phil last year, it was a blast!

We packed the audience and cheered for Coulter, and it kinda got Oprah's little fake doctor's panties in a bunch! LOL

One of the legal experts (I forget her name) was on Hannity tonite and had a very good take on it.

Hannity kept interrupting her and it was hard to tell what she was saying.

The bottom line was that she was convinced there was enough evidence to convict the killer for one of the murder options.

I agree.

One of the things she managed to get out is that it's so unbelievable that anyone would do something that insidious, cold, uncaring and selfish that no jury could bring themselves to believe it, and therefore would not convict.

The depravity of evil runs deep.

Sad.

Those of you who think the jurors were correct ought to go watch the trial:

What a load, stop your insessent whining all over the forum

You got your ruling, how about acting on it instead of giving yourself a one girl pity party?

You have offended several well-respected posters with your accusations of trolling, and even worse, you have several mods annoyed with you. I suggest you back off with the accusations of "trolling" and make some apologies to the posters you have insulted.

I guess the impotent bvw doesn't realize Miss Coulter is commenting on a current event which involved a selfish white single mother who's child was a burden to her. So much so that she would tape her mouth shut and go out and party.

...this is a good discussion-inducing, thoughtful, essay.

Well you got that right.

The rest is just intellectual psycoblather.

Thanks for weighing in though, impotent bvw.

Oh please, you are just another member of the Andrea Yates fan club.

Apparently there are a lot of you types out there who think it should be legal for women to murder their children.

Ann's solution to single motherhood is adoption. Yours is a little duct tape and a plastic bag.

Although it won't effect people like Casey, I think the only solution is the Constitution.

We need a massive paradigm change in this country.

Cutting off the leftist programs that reward unwed mothers and absent fathers by giving them money, food, foodstamps, medical care etc is a start.

Johnson's war on poverty created poverty, and now we are at this juncture of need to change.

Hopefully the Tea Party Movement will have an influence in this next election to the point where we will be able to change back to a Constitutional Republic instead of being on a fast track to destruction via the leftist agenda.

It's not going to be easy.

Thanks for your thought provoking post, Sola.
