While I disagree with helmet laws, I’d never ride without one.

Until they made all these helmet laws, they used to call them DONORcycles.
If this guy is an organ donor, he just may have saved the lives of several people.

Died for what he believed in. Be careful of what you believe in.

While I disagree with helmet laws, Id never ride without one.
I think it should be left up to the individual (anyone over the age of 21,that is)as to whether or not one wishes to wear a helmet.I have cruised city streets without one from time to time (on vacation, for instance),but would never ride without one on a regular basis, and especially on the open highway at high speeds.

Thus becoming poster boy for the pro-helment folks.
Sad thing really, someone dying to prove themselves wrong.

Not so much that he’s dead, but the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death. Makes me giggle like a little girl.

We live in SC where you aren’t required to wear a helmet. My son asks why we have to wear seat belts but motorcyclists don’t have to wear helmets.
To: Dallas59
Pretty sad. Also pretty stupid riding without a helmet.
I disagree with helmet laws. Nanny-state safety laws are the main reason there are so many stupid people still walking around, breeding, and voting.

Whenever you learn of a traffic fatality on the news, point out the comment that is usually at the end of the story about how the victim wasn’t wearing a seat belt.

Yes....He may just be the winner of the Darwin Award this year. That said....how sad. What are people thinking, not wearing a helmet?

As long as you guys carry enough insurance to cover long-term care from traumatic head injury--fine with me.
Just don't pee in my risk-pool.
